That's the whole point of the technique but it takes time to not act and to live truthfully.

In the first part, the guy initiating keeps changing the emotion. That’s what Sandy fought AGAINST! This should’ve been stopped immediately! The point of this exercise is to bounce off of emotions, not create emotions out of nowhere. Terrible job... The last time was MUCH BETTER!!! It was more natural and observant and flowed how it should have in the first place.

Whoever is filming this video sounds like they are eating a bowl of ice cream or something and like clinking the spoon against the bowls and smacking their mouth together eating the ice said ice cream. Gross and distracting
