Lil Wayne is a famous American rapper whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr. He became part of Cash Money Records when he was only eleven years old, making him the youngest label member. Lil Wayne was also involved in the Hot Boys group during the late 1990s that had success with their album “Guerrilla Warfare.” His own album called “Tha Block Is Hot” went platinum in 1999. In 2004, Lil Wayne became even more popular with his album “Tha Carter,” on which he released hit single “Go D.J.” Including several successful albums such as Tha Carter III that sold one million copies within a week before it hit stores. However, his rock music experiment did not receive positive feedback from fans. In spite of suffering legal trouble in 2010 and spending time behind bars, he still continued to make music that showed how committed he was to what he loved doing.
