Thank you soooo much. I was just on phone with Samsung support for one hour and 20 minutes and they had me cancelling my order, returning my phone and reordering. This allowed me to do a hard reset and start from the beginning. Don't have to send phone back now.😊

What nobody says... The mobile phone must first be connected to a computer via USB!!! Then it works...
So i just need to connect it to a PC? Then i can reset my phone

One thing you can do is restart it, while it's restarting press and hold the power and volume up keys.
