(If you want to avoid the sustain pedal's "release-hit-sound" recorded by the microphone, then maybe you could try to press the sustain pedal, and while it's pressed put a piece of sponge right above the sustain pedal (between the top of the sustain pedal and the little whole right above the sustain pedal's top area), also you should probably make sure that the sponge doesn't slide out from there while playing and using a lot of sustain pedal, maybe you can use a thin black color rope if you want to make it invisible, or if you don't care the look of that pedal area of the piano at all then you could just use some tape or something.)
