Honda Accord LED Halo Headlight Assembly Upgrade Spec-D Tuning

This video will show you how to remove and upgrade the Stock oem headlight assembly on the sixth generation Honda Accord 1998-2002. The headlights were purchased from Amazon and I will provide the link down below they come in a glossy black which is what was installed in the video but they also offer a chrome housing and matte black.

Spec d says to wire it to running lights, i assume to have halos on separatly than only with headlights on?

I like how in depth you video is, BUT I strongly believe your wiring for the halos is wrong. Theyre meant to be DRL your hook up into the headlights makes them lose their purpose as DRL. I just bought these from redline and jn their video, the halos are only on eith the DRL

Did the transmission give problem after the lube guard oil switch

No the transmission didn't shift the greatest since we bought it but did get a little better with the fluid change and lube guard. These years of Hondas weren't well known for the automatic transmissions.

Hi wanted to buy the projectors but since I bought the upgraded 9006 9005 bulbs my question is will they fit in the spec D housing? If not what size bulbs are the spec D s lows n highs ?? Thx

Yes they will fit the spec d housing. They use the same bulbs high beam 9005 and low beam 9006.

Looking for some headlights to install on my 2002 Honda Accord coupe. are these actually bright? looking for high visibility because I have trouble seeing at night along with living where there are a ton of deer

If you need brightness that’s going to be dependent on your bulbs, and these bulbs are not bright. I’d recommend just replacing whatever bulbs you have with LED replacements and keep the factory assemblies. I changed my assemblies to these because my factory one broke and I wish I got OEM instead lol, hang onto those factory assemblies as long as you can

@@tranquilalpaca3819 yeah I’ve just cleaned them too many times already and they get foggy quickly. I use the kits they sell to clean headlights and I do have LED bulbs as well

i got this before, not fit like oem headlight, at the end edge got about 7-8MM space/hole not cover,
