I'm from Poland, still living in a quite similiar block (but it's renovated) and I kinda love it - it's all so green ans spacious outside, there're preschools, doctors and shops around, without the need to go through entire town. It was actually planned so well!
And they planned it like that throughout entire eastern block. In Lithuania is exactly the same, you can spend months just living in your area and never leave, cos everything is there. Of course nowadays people enjoy traveling further to get to their favourite clinics or schools😊
I live in Poland, and we still have this kind of buildings. My grandparents moved into very similar one in 70's. And the wallpapers, something we called "meblościanka" (wall furniture?) and such tiny and narrow spaces are so classic to this type of architecure. Also the outside of your build is quite accurate. Nowadays block appartments are often renowate to look more modern and neat, and still are very popular place to live.

Yep, visiting my family in Czechoslovakia, many of them lived in these apartments. My uncles lived in Bratislava, they nicknamed these housing units "králíkárna". As they retire, they have sold their apartments and moved out into the new "suburbs" being made in the land. It's easier when your family was able to hold onto their cottages. We recently re-acquired our cottage back from the state after the communists took it from my family and made it into a general store. Glad to have my families property back, some families weren't as lucky.
Oh wow so happy for your family being able to take your property back! We have very similar cases in Lithuania especially of those people who were excited to Syberia 😓
I'm Polish and I love how accurate this is. So much nostalgia. Thank you for this build :) Also, I was in Lithuania last summer and it's a gorgeous country!
Omg its like we have in Poland!! It gives sims a familiar feel, cause the game itself has this very exotic vibe to me, america, japan, now southeast asia..... Inspiring, I need to use this one in my game, and try to create my own based on a real one
I always thought these kinds of buildings were uniquely beautiful. They may be uniform and a bit imposing, but you can also always see how they have transformed over time. The little pops of colour here and there, the patterned curtains in the windows, and even the graffiti tell a story. People breathe life into buildings and make them homes.
Thank you so much 🤗❤️ I noticed that almost every single apartment I visited had those storage cabinet above the door in the most uncomfortable space😅 but I get it.. they tried so save the space🤭
I loooooove this!!! It is as you say Reality, this is the life of many, the childhood of many and why should one feel bad for reminiscing, recreating, being inspired by, and creating it.
@@milgemilge381 of course, Croatia is full of such buildings, I know the one you created very well because my grandmother lived in the same one, you hit everything, including playgrounds and garages, I'm delighted!
Grew up in the eastern part of Germany, where blocks like these are still common. Though I never lived in one myself I've visited a lot of friends living in them and felt very nostalgic watching this! Good job!
Thank you so much! I love having small apartments in The Sims, 'cause they're so much more realistic to the most of us. And it's just amazing to have content of other countries other than the US. :)
The vibe/aesthetic of this is so specific and I am in love with it. It reminds me of some places of my own childhood. I grew up in the Netherlands, but as a child I often visited places in Germany as well. I feel so nostalgic. I wish I could go back and once more see these places through the eyes of a child. The world is somehow more magical when you are young, and as you grow older the memories grow a little more vague and blurry, like you are looking at an old faded polaroid picture, or through a dirty lens. But all that remains is those feelings of wonder and enchantment, even if, with your adult mind, you know realistically that things were not so "romanticized" and perfect... Thank you for this video. It filled me with beautiful emotions.
Aww that's very sweet 🥺☺️ thank you for sharing your thoughts and emotions 🤗❤️ you made me feel like this build is a picture in art gallery and you're the viewer writing a review about it ❤️❤️☺️ I can totally relate with that. It's very soothing to remember those childhood moments where was no judgements, context, worries... you just play outside with your friends and your parents/grandparents call you to have a lunch and then you go back playing again. I think that's what most of us trying to remember by looking at this build☺️
This reminds me so much of my grandparents’ apartment in western Ukraine, which was my first home! Incredible build, thank you for taking the time to make it!
Oh, I absolutely adore this building with everything around: the whole apartment, big long curtains, sofas, big carpet on the wall, old cars, balconies, writings on the wall, playground and car tyres in the ground (I loved walking and jumping on them) are screaming "look that's your childhood residential courtyard" with all the stuff! Thank you so much for creating this ❤ love from one Russian foreign languages teacher 👩🏫✨
Thank you so much! So glad you noticed all the details ❤ I do prefer building with no cc as it gives me more challenge to actually look for the objects or invent something from the existing things🤗❤
Thank you so much🥰 Well it's definitely much different nowadays then it was 10 or 20 years ago, we still have these buildings in the country but they get fixed more and more. I absolutely recommend to visit Lithuania if you ever get a chance ☺❤
I absolutely adore such non-conventional builds in Sims. Just love every detail of this one: tiny kitchens, corridors, the outside 'landscape' with trash, garages, cars, and ugly children's playground, rooms full of giant wardrobes that make it seem narrow, almost claustrophobic. It is also amazing how every flat has a personality to it, and I could pinpoint where the grandmas live too (clatter, carpets on the walls, endless wardrobes). it would also be fair to say that the view from behind the panel is too good :D almost unrealistic, as it would be other panel blocks in real life, and some of the apartments seem even rich if judged by Soviet-time standards. Anyway, great build, well-done! Your creativity allowed many eastern Europeans to make the game will like something familiar... Greetings from Hungary:)
Oh I'm so glad to hear that ☺️❤️ you're a star for noticing all the little details I put into each apartment ☺️ in Lithuania many apartments are completely renovated we call it euro renovation 😂 ( talking about the 2nd and 3rd apartments) and those very last ones are completely made up. I haven't seen such apartment in real life yet🤭😅
Thank you so much 🤗❤️ I have exact same though! I guess who else is gonna represent us if not us🤷😅 hehe Anyways I plan to build some original old school Lithuanian builds in the future I might gonna create something Eastern European too🤗
My parents are still living in such buildings, but in my opinion, some renovation would be appreciated. I mean, not only new entrance doors with modern password security... Oh, I heard that one family on the middle floor brought two apartments and connected them in a bigger one. Sounds interesting as for me :) Though planning of flats is different, the atmosphere is the same one!
Oh so interesting I've heard similar stories from Lithuania that some people connect the apartments and make the bigger one, which is a massive investment 🙈 but yes I absolutely agree, these builds definitely need lots of renovations. As I know they weren't built for a long period of time... So I assume it will become dangerous to live in these builds at some point..🙈
I literally build private western buildings in sims to escape the reality where I'm surrounded by panel houses, but your work looks incredible and very believable! Ive never lived in the specifically panel house but one of my apartments had a typical Khrushchev layout and related with a pretty bad time of my life but it still looks nostalgic and cozy. Also it's sad that it's impossible to make more than 4 floors in Sims cause most of such buildings are 5 floored
this is an incredible build. it’s realistic but also fits seamlessly into the world of the sims. as always milge you have created something that is exciting to watch and pleasing to have in game ❤
So glad to hear that 🥺🥺❤️ it truly means a lot 🥺❤️ I was afraid that this world doesn't fit the vibe at all, but apparently strange things works together in the Sims universe 😅🤭
I didn't grow up in such cities, but I lived in such a dormitory during the student period, which is missing here for the exterior - swans made from old car tires 😂
the build is truly amazing, thank you so much for sharing your talent!! you’ve managed to impeccably capture the feeling of the bittersweet childhood spending time on those playgrounds and quite a dull and even depressing experience watching such neighborhoods as an adult. truly a work of art, you are very talented!!! and thank you for giving context in the beginning of the video, it was a right thing to do and all those who are offended are just dummies who can’t see the truth before their own eyes, hope you don’t pay too much attention to their comments
Aww tha you so much 🥺🤗 I'm so glad to you understood the true meaning behind this build 🥺❤️and thank you for such a lovely comment❤️ To be honest I found these comments very entertaining 😅🤭
This brings out a lot of emotion, a lot of nostalgia. I never realised how close to reality the sims basegame can get if you know how to use it. This shows exactly the type of kitsch that we grew up in and I love it. I swear, it's like everyone east of central germany grew up in the same apartment block. Only things I can think of that I've missed seeing are the crystal glass showcase, the oversized golden wrist-watch wall clock and the glass fish. Everything was spot on. Great build!
Did you just made my granny's house look...cute?! When I was 6 yrs old, I was scared of her apartment building! But your builds are just so incredible!
It’s so nice to finally see someone from LT among the sims builders! I like to build these type of houses in my game and have never found anything similar on YT! This looks almost exactly like my childhood apartment building 😍 now all of them are renovated, not the same vibe
That was a lovely build. I am from Berlin. The Eastern outskirt of the city has still a lot of buildings from that era. The house is a mix of a few of that buildings. At one point the outside looked like my grandparents' house. Just the clothes lines were missing. ^^ I find the idea great to try to build all the flats I lived with my family and alone.
I can imagine you have some of these as well!🤗❤️glad it looks realistic ☺️ I definitely forgot to include many things 😅🤭 hehe I would love to see your version with your apartments🤗❤️
I'm from France and we have this type of building in some neighborhoods!! It's look very realistic and there are not that much builds like this in the sims but it's part of our life!
I adore this! I lived in a flat in the rough uk equivalent of this kind of building (except in the uk it tends to be a vertical cuboid instead of a horizontal one) and it's interesting to see similarities/differences. ''living room used as a bedroom except when there's company'' is soooo familiar
I'm from Poland and even though I was born in early 90s, so technically when communism was over, the architecture is so nostalgic and it feels like home! I love this build, especially the outside, you captured our Slavic experience so well. Thanks for sharing!
It was very interesting, especially thanks to the context that you explained at the beginning of the video and your personal experience that you tried to transcribe. All these apartments have little anecdotes and your comments allow us to understand better. It was great, thank you for sharing your work.
Aww thank you so much 🥰❤️ and I'm really glad you enjoyed the little history behind these buildings ☺️ I think it's very important to acknowledge where these buildings came from ☺️
Also, I have to say: I very much enjoyed you sharing your experience with these kind of apartments, & how you took inspiration from places you've lived in previously. I could hear about it all day! You're such a fantastic builder, I lucked out & randomly found your channel & now I'm hooked for life & you bumped right up in the top of my favorite builders. I have such a soft spot for realism in builds & this hits the spot ten times over. Iiih, you're spectacular!!!
that is so sweet🥺 Thank you so much for checking my channel and taking time to watch the video and even leave such a wonderful comments! I truly appreciate that!! Hope you'll enjoy my other builds too 🥺❤❤❤
What a history lesson! I wasn't expecting that and now I'm glad I clicked on it. My favorite game with my favorite topic: history. Amazing building! I've been playing the decades challenge in USA and I was planning on doing the same challenge set in Eastern Europe. That building might be just what I was looking for! ^^
Hello. I watched the movie and I can't get over it. Attention to detail and reproduction in detail, reminded me of the old days. I come from Poland and during my childhood I used to visit such places. Although the times of the PRL are fortunately over in our country, I know that there are still many such places. I'll download and try to replicate one of the apartments as well. Have a nice day :)
I very much appreciated all of the information you gave throughout the video. I had a slight understanding of the subject matter, but only from sporting events in which they would do a segment about where and how an athlete lived, and of course from movies. Hearing you explain things made it somehow more real even though it's a Sims build. As always, this build is so very good. I would love to see variations showing how others might reimagine this as they wish these buildings look today.
Oh thank you so much for such a wonderful review 🤗❤️ It definitely would be amazing to see the renovated version or just in general some more Eastern or Northern European buildings🤗
This reminds me a little of what I have seen in Berlin this summer and autumn. Plus it helped me a little to see what a late friend of mine when through when she also lived in Lithuanian.
9:38 lol it is my kitchen 😂 It is amazing work! I really like it! 😍 Incredible precision! I don't know about Eastern Europe, but in Russia such buildings were originally communal, which means there could live 1-3 families (6 persons or even more). When my mom was young, she lived with her mom (my grandma) and her stepfather with another family (dad, mom, and their daughter) in the flat with only two rooms like on your video! After 10 years this family moved to another flat, but we still maintain a good relationship (my mom and their daughter were friends and studied together). They came to visit us recently and remembered this time, when all of them lived in this little flat. They laughed and wondered how they didn't fight with each other, because living in such tight quarters is a real challenge! 😂 When I was born, communal housing almost ceased to exist, but in my opinion it was for the best! I'm an introvert and I wouldn't have been able to live under those conditions! 😬😅 Sorry for my English, I just really wanted to say how amazingly accurate you were in conveying the atmosphere! ❤️✨
Aww thank you so much 🤗 and thank you for sharing your story 🤗 I think we had very similar situation in Lithuania but it changed and I think for the best! I as well can't imagine living with so many people at least not anymore 😅🤭 I grew up as well with a parents and grandparents under the same roof and it felt a lot sometimes 🤭
Very cool an very authentic! Thank you for all the afford. This must have taken hours to build. Reminds me of my childhood in Poland :) I created a similar lot years ago in Sims 2.

Whoever is offended. This is reality and I think you captured it perfectly. I live in Germany and was shocked when I was in east europe but the buildings really look like this.
I love it! I'm not from Eastern Europe but this is the closest I've seen to the kind of apartment buildings I know and to the one I live in. Everything always looks too shiny and posh and this is so real to me. So well done!
OMG that looks exactly like "childhoodcore" for me, even though I still live in a similar building, hahahah You are so incredibly skilled at creating a vibe with details!
I am delighted, as a person who does not perceive English well by ear, I understood almost every word. and these masterful camera zooms and camera angles, wow.
Omg! What a beautiful building. Here in Mexico we have some brutalism-style apartments, they were pretty popular in the 50's. So these apartments gave me this familiar vibe. Good work!!
Omg I'm actually surprised that brutualism was popular even in Mexico, now I'm gonna do some research about your architecture 🤗❤️ thank you so much for checking the build and leaving a comment 🤗
@@milgemilge381 it was so interesting to me, when I found out that brutalism is an actual architectural style and not just east-european building method (I'm from Russia and I live in the house exactly like this). but I still think, that soviet brutalism is the most brutal😅
If I was forcibly moved to a concrete box-like apartment devoid of color, texture or warmth, I would go many extra miles to make such place as cozy and warm as possible. I wonder if people in these apartments thought/think the same, hence all the decor
I think decor and in general interior design is a very subjective thing to that particular country... These builds were created in times where home esthetics didn't matter that much. Also they had a deficiency for many things not only for food but also furniture as well. Nowadays people do tend to renovate these apartments in their own way and make it more homey☺️
I was looking for a block building like this to inspire me in my next construction for the "For Rent" expansion (Yes, I know, you can only rent six units and the game I propose is crazy) I love your construction because I have seen my kitchen, my grandmother's room, the wallpaper in the living room... I wanted to relive the house of my childhood, in the 70s. In East Berlin, where I grew up, these constructions were also common, they were fast, useful, functional... people will say that they are ugly too but they bring me good memories. It was like a city outside the city, with blocks of the same dwellings, large open fields where the children played, ruins and it is said that some lost bomb. I remember tenderly that house, I lived there with my grandmother 24/7, next to my block was the playground and in front of it an area, I could say gardens but no one took care of them, maybe they cut the hedles at most. But there were trees, many, in front of my block, and although I lived on a second floor, the branches of one of them reached the window of my house and I spent hours watching the birds. Amazing 😊😊😊
oh my god i love this so much!!! i'm from eastern europe myself, so glad someone built the type of place that i and millions of other people grew up in. people can say what they want about these post-communist blocks but they just remind me of childhood
This is just... I'm in love, like deeply in love with this build. The exterior reminds me of Scandinavian or German suburbian blocky apartment complexes, too. It made me hella emotional 😭 (in a good way!)

Thank you so much ❤🤗 So glad it looks realistic ❤❤❤
@@milgemilge381 we are planning to visit family soon! 🥰
the realism 😭, even the interiors look like every babushka's flat
Hehe🤭😅 I really tried☺️ I just imagine grandmas calling their grandchildren from the window to eat 🤭
I'm Polish and I love how accurate this is. So much nostalgia. Thank you for this build :) Also, I was in Lithuania last summer and it's a gorgeous country!
Thank you so much 🤗❤️ I hope you had a great time in Lithuania 🤗
Omg its like we have in Poland!! It gives sims a familiar feel, cause the game itself has this very exotic vibe to me, america, japan, now southeast asia..... Inspiring, I need to use this one in my game, and try to create my own based on a real one
Absolutely! We certainly don't have anything East European in the game😔
it looks so real that i can pretend it's just a house from my childhood where we would hung around all the time. amazing work!!
Thank you so much 🥰 that's exactly what I was aiming for!🤗❤️
looks so accurate! i live in lithuania and this is awesome. so much detail, so cozy and beautiful outside, makes me go back to childhood days (:
Aww ačiū labai 🥺🤗
I'm so glad it reminds you your childhood 🤗❤️
I always thought these kinds of buildings were uniquely beautiful. They may be uniform and a bit imposing, but you can also always see how they have transformed over time. The little pops of colour here and there, the patterned curtains in the windows, and even the graffiti tell a story. People breathe life into buildings and make them homes.
That's absolutely right! And to be honest nowadays modern apartments are not that different from these ones🤭
SO ACCURATE! The carpet on the wall reminded me of my childhood, grew up in Romania
Thank you so much ❤️ Greetings to Romania! It's truly unbelievable how similar they all are🤯
Это дом в котором я живу, я в шоке, ящики над дверями 🙀🙀🙀Это прекрасно!!! Спасибо, что могу посмотреть на такую красоту.
That's such a nice thing for you to say🥺🤗 thank you for your support ☺️
восхитительная постройка и превосходно переданная атмосфера советских хрущёвок. ощущается как родной дом💗
Thank you so much 🤗❤️
OMG YES, I'm from Croatia and I know these buildings well from my childhood, greate creation thank you!
Thank you so much ☺️ so glad it's accurate! ☺️ Omg even in Croatia?🤯
@@milgemilge381
of course, Croatia is full of such buildings, I know the one you created very well because my grandmother lived in the same one, you hit everything, including playgrounds and garages, I'm delighted!
Grew up in the eastern part of Germany, where blocks like these are still common. Though I never lived in one myself I've visited a lot of friends living in them and felt very nostalgic watching this! Good job!
Thank you so much 🤗❤️ so glad it looks nostalgic ❤️
Thank you so much! I love having small apartments in The Sims, 'cause they're so much more realistic to the most of us. And it's just amazing to have content of other countries other than the US. :)
this is so real 😭 the details are so spot on..
So glad it looks accurate ☺️❤️
I’m tearing, my childhood block, and playground and home 😢❤
Aww🤗❤️ so glad you like it ❤️
OMG the interiors are so accurate!! Just like my first apartment and my grandparents'. Love it sm
Aww 🥰 that's so sweet 🥺❤️ so glad you like it ❤️
Eastern europe parents 🤜🤛 old furniture in different brown chades and different sizes next to each other
Haha that's so accurate 😅🤭
Aww that's very sweet 🥺☺️ thank you for sharing your thoughts and emotions 🤗❤️ you made me feel like this build is a picture in art gallery and you're the viewer writing a review about it ❤️❤️☺️
I can totally relate with that.
Thank you so much! So glad to hear that ❤ I have also created a townhouse inspired by City of Lviv!💙💛
Aww thank you so much 🤗❤️ so glad it reminds you your childhood and I'm very happy you like it🤗❤️
@@milgemilge381 I've subscribed to your channel ❤ your building skill in Sims is awesome ✨💖 wish I could build like that 😍
@@Cindy_Hollow Aww thank you so much 🥺❤️ you definitely can! It just takes some time 🤗❤️
the little details make this feel so real, you're really good at building especially with no cc!
Thank you so much! So glad you noticed all the details ❤ I do prefer building with no cc as it gives me more challenge to actually look for the objects or invent something from the existing things🤗❤
I'm from the Czech Republic and I see this everywhere around me when I go out :D
Hehe 🤭 you don't get to run away from reality even in the Sims😅
@@milgemilge381 I'm all for making my game realistic, so I'll definitely use this :D
This is very beautiful! I have never been to Eastern Europe, thank you for giving us a piece of your childhood and your culture!
Thank you so much🥰 Well it's definitely much different nowadays then it was 10 or 20 years ago, we still have these buildings in the country but they get fixed more and more. I absolutely recommend to visit Lithuania if you ever get a chance ☺❤
8:25 I can smell this room. I was in the exact room when I was a child and really I can smell it. Just hit me right here :o
Aww🥺🤗 I totally get that🤭 every older apartment has this weird old smell
Thank you so much for the representation!! ❤️ We never get anything east European in sims so seeing this in the game, was really heart warming.
Thank you so much 🤗❤️ I have exact same though! I guess who else is gonna represent us if not us🤷😅 hehe
Anyways I plan to build some original old school Lithuanian builds in the future I might gonna create something Eastern European too🤗
My parents are still living in such buildings, but in my opinion, some renovation would be appreciated. I mean, not only new entrance doors with modern password security...
Oh, I heard that one family on the middle floor brought two apartments and connected them in a bigger one. Sounds interesting as for me :)
Though planning of flats is different, the atmosphere is the same one!
This is honestly everything. I'm speechless!
Thank you so much!🥰
Pole here. It looks like most of the buildings in Poland and I’m here for it. Amazing work!
Thank you so much 🥰❤️
I literally build private western buildings in sims to escape the reality where I'm surrounded by panel houses, but your work looks incredible and very believable!
I love the way you decorated the yard! It literally feels and looks like may in Eastern Europe
Oh so glad to hear that 🤗❤️ thank you so much 🥰
this is an incredible build. it’s realistic but also fits seamlessly into the world of the sims. as always milge you have created something that is exciting to watch and pleasing to have in game ❤
Haha😂😂 omg I never seen one in real life🙈
До слез...Отличная постройка!
Thank you so much 🤗❤️
Feeling this building so hard, knowing them from my childhood in eastern Germany👍 well done 👏
Thank you so much 🤗❤️ that's what I wanted to achieve 🤗
the build is truly amazing, thank you so much for sharing your talent!! you’ve managed to impeccably capture the feeling of the bittersweet childhood spending time on those playgrounds and quite a dull and even depressing experience watching such neighborhoods as an adult. truly a work of art, you are very talented!!! and thank you for giving context in the beginning of the video, it was a right thing to do and all those who are offended are just dummies who can’t see the truth before their own eyes, hope you don’t pay too much attention to their comments
Aww tha you so much 🥺🤗 I'm so glad to you understood the true meaning behind this build 🥺❤️and thank you for such a lovely comment❤️
To be honest I found these comments very entertaining 😅🤭
This brings out a lot of emotion, a lot of nostalgia. I never realised how close to reality the sims basegame can get if you know how to use it. This shows exactly the type of kitsch that we grew up in and I love it. I swear, it's like everyone east of central germany grew up in the same apartment block. Only things I can think of that I've missed seeing are the crystal glass showcase, the oversized golden wrist-watch wall clock and the glass fish. Everything was spot on. Great build!
Hehe🤭😅 thank you so much 🤗
I tried to add some clutter in those older looking apartments but Sims clutter is limited😅
Did you just made my granny's house look...cute?! When I was 6 yrs old, I was scared of her apartment building! But your builds are just so incredible!
Haha😅🤭 for some reason I just love old school grandmas apartments ☺️
Ukrainian here and this is pretty much the neighborhood I grew up in 😅 details are amazingly realistic. Very well done 👍🏻
Thank you so much 🇺🇦❤️🇱🇹 🥰
It’s so nice to finally see someone from LT among the sims builders! I like to build these type of houses in my game and have never found anything similar on YT! This looks almost exactly like my childhood apartment building 😍 now all of them are renovated, not the same vibe
Thank you so much 🥰❤️ that is so sweet of you! And I'm so happy to see other Lithuanians watching this 🤗 dėkui labai ❤️🇱🇹
That was a lovely build. I am from Berlin. The Eastern outskirt of the city has still a lot of buildings from that era. The house is a mix of a few of that buildings. At one point the outside looked like my grandparents' house. Just the clothes lines were missing. ^^
I find the idea great to try to build all the flats I lived with my family and alone.
I can imagine you have some of these as well!🤗❤️glad it looks realistic ☺️ I definitely forgot to include many things 😅🤭 hehe
I would love to see your version with your apartments🤗❤️
god i hope someday i will find these types of houses as charming as you made them look. thank you for sharing something so beautiful!
Hehe🤭 everything looks cuter in the Sims😅
I'm from France and we have this type of building in some neighborhoods!!
It's look very realistic and there are not that much builds like this in the sims but it's part of our life!
That's absolutely true! interesting fact is that these type of buildings were inspired by French architecture ☺️
Наверно, та часть, Франции я где есть похожие дома, по словам комментирующего, тоже была оккупирована...🤔
Thank you so much ☺️ glad it looks realistic 🤗❤️
It was very interesting, especially thanks to the context that you explained at the beginning of the video and your personal experience that you tried to transcribe. All these apartments have little anecdotes and your comments allow us to understand better. It was great, thank you for sharing your work.
Aww thank you so much 🥰❤️ and I'm really glad you enjoyed the little history behind these buildings ☺️ I think it's very important to acknowledge where these buildings came from ☺️
Thank you for this. I have never lived outside my country, so to see how people live in different countries is fascinating.
I'm from Poland and I love it! Would love to see more builds like this one 🤍
Thank you so much 🤗❤️ I plan to create some old school Lithuanian architecture, but I might gonna give it a chance for some more Eastern European too🤗
Also, I have to say: I very much enjoyed you sharing your experience with these kind of apartments, & how you took inspiration from places you've lived in previously.
Thank you so much, so glad it looks accurate ☺️☺️ would love to see your replica too!😍❤️
I feel like im staying in my grandparents house and go to my friends. Memories.. it feels warm in my heart. Thank you so much💜🥺
So glad 🥰❤️ I felt very similar building it🤗
I very much appreciated all of the information you gave throughout the video.
So glad you got a closer look to these apartments 😊
9:38 lol it is my kitchen 😂
It is amazing work!
When I was born, communal housing almost ceased to exist, but in my opinion it was for the best! I'm an introvert and I wouldn't have been able to live under those conditions! 😬😅
Sorry for my English, I just really wanted to say how amazingly accurate you were in conveying the atmosphere! ❤️✨
Aww thank you so much 🤗 and thank you for sharing your story 🤗 I think we had very similar situation in Lithuania but it changed and I think for the best!
I as well can't imagine living with so many people at least not anymore 😅🤭
I grew up as well with a parents and grandparents under the same roof and it felt a lot sometimes 🤭
Very cool an very authentic! Thank you for all the afford. This must have taken hours to build.
Reminds me of my childhood in Poland :)
I created a similar lot years ago in Sims 2.
as someone from eastern europe this feels very homey and familiar,, I love watching speed builds that do apartments but I've never seen this specific style (?) done before!! it's a bit of a weird feeling bcs I've lived in one of these when i was young 😅 so it feels a bit too real,, but I loved the built a lot, you're so talented ♡
Thank you so much 🥰 yes literally nobody's made a video about the block house which made my life harder, cos I couldn't find any inspiration 😅🤭 hehe
@@milgemilge381 I can imagine the struggle, knowing that block houses vary very slightly in styles throughout the whole of eastern europe/baltics too,, you did an amazing job though ♡
This block brought memories about visiting my great aunt when I was younger ❤️
So glad it brings you back ☺️❤️
Whoever is offended. This is reality and I think you captured it perfectly. I live in Germany and was shocked when I was in east europe but the buildings really look like this.
That's true it really does🙈 of course there are many gorgeous architecture but soviet occupation did a tremendous impact on our landscape 🤷
I love it! I'm not from Eastern Europe but this is the closest I've seen to the kind of apartment buildings I know and to the one I live in. Everything always looks too shiny and posh and this is so real to me. So well done!
OMG that looks exactly like "childhoodcore" for me, even though I still live in a similar building, hahahah
You are so incredibly skilled at creating a vibe with details!
Aww thank you so much 🥰❤️ so glad to hear that ☺️❤️
I am delighted, as a person who does not perceive English well by ear, I understood almost every word. and these masterful camera zooms and camera angles, wow.
Aww so glad you like it! And I'm so happy my voice over was understandable 🤗❤️
Очень красиво! Я думала такие дворы только в России Украине и Белоруссии, а оказывается не только там
It turns out half of Europe 😅
Great build!
Thank you so much 🤗❤️ I heard that they paint then very colourfully in Poland. I guess it's hard to create something unique out of box🤷😅
Omg finally being represented!!! :D love this slav 4ever ❤️❤️❤️
Hehe😅🤭 we definitely need more representation!!
чисто российская застройка, даже сначала подумала, что именно это и есть :)
Aww so glad to hear that 🥺❤️ that was my main goal to bring childhood memories or recreate your current life in the Sims😊❤️
You are a genius, this is a masterpiece! I love all the care and thoughtfulness in the details from your memories.
That is so sweet for you to say🥺❤️ thank you so much ❤️
This is just... I'm in love, like deeply in love with this build. The exterior reminds me of Scandinavian or German suburbian blocky apartment complexes, too. It made me hella emotional 😭 (in a good way!)
Oh that's so sweet 🥺🥰 I'm so glad to hear that 🥺❤️
