But like literally only a couple people have it on xbox it’s very rare

Try some on a Vapid Flash GT. That car looks BOMB with them on it. I've put some on my Hellfire, Everon, Nightshark, Issi Classic, Hotring, Komoda, Emerus (Supercar) and vast other ones. But the Vapid GT....the wide F1's just set that car off!
You can change them go to arena workshop and then go to wheel design then click what you want once then you can keep changing it but click the f1 you want once

You can change the lettering on the tires in the custom shop. I put them on my lambo with a matte dark blue and green pearlescent and green lettering and it looks amazing
