You can't overstate the impact of hiring Rudy as their manager. He spent many years living in the US working in the motion picture industry. He's a successful small business owner and has an excellent understanding of how the entertainment industry works. He was exactly what the band needed at that time. He also played a huge role in their signing with Lava records. He spent months scheming a plan to get the girls in front of Lava CEO Jason Flom and was able to make it happen.

It's striking to me how comfortable Ale was speaking up -- and it was permitted by Pau and Dany.
