اذا اردت عمل فطيرة البيض لاتضيفي النشا علية وتستخدمي الوعاء المسطح غير الاصق ثم وضع قليل من الزيت وتركه يسخن جيد ثم صب ربع الكميه التى صنعتها من فطيرة البيض ثم محاولة فردها على كل الوعاء ان امكن بتحريكالوعاء من غير تحريك البيض بالملعقة ثم تركه حتى يتماسك البيض من الاسفل ويظهر فقاعات من الاعلى ثم يتم قلبه بالملعقة المسطحة وتركه حتى يحمر من الاسفل من غير تحركه بالملعقة ، بعد ان يحمر من الاسفل يقلب في صحن التقديم ويكرر بعد ذلك باقي كمية خليط البيض واتمنى لك التوفيق بعمله واحسنت بالمحاولة والجهد المبذول منك

What is the purpose of adding potato starch to the eggs? I thought eggs (scrambled or omelet) are meant to be fluffy and airy, not dense. Maybe thats why daughter thinks the eggs taste different.
