You are not concerned that this extremely invasive technology may be abused? Even if the nVidia of today doesn't abuse it, what about the nVidia of tomorrow?
if people will buy it the price will remain, if people decide not to buy it the price will decrease, you always aim high first before lowering costs of products.
they are leading gpu sales they wouldnt create something that would make all of their products obsolete. So i imagine the price will remain high and the smartest thing to do will still be to build a pc, unless you barely game i guess
It's of course for ppl who are gaming only occasionally. He explicitely said that. If you gaming more than 10-20 hrs a week, you are of course better of with your own gaming pc.

How high of a priority is security in these "ambient AI" systems?
I believe Nvidia technologies will continue to drive new research & development in areas of gaming, VR AR MR, data center, self-driving cars, and many more with their tremendous computational capabilities! Game Changer!!

After 800 hours (a little over a year if you game for like 2hrs a day) of geforce Now, you would have spent enough to afford a midrange gaming pc (probably better than that depending on ryzen prices). That and since this is using a cloud, you're gonna need really good internet (better live in south korea). It's not worth it.
lol, I have decent internet speed and it's fine for me. Well, I've only tried the 1080p60fps, it takes about 30mbps But yeah after a year of gaming 2 hours a day, it would be enough for a decent PC. So not worth it, I might get it to test it out, but doubt I will use over 30 hours.
