I just can't believe how fast time flies. Those were the times, I enjoyed R6 the most during that time and tbh for me that's peak of R6 eSports in-terms of my involvement.
Then again it's so sad about what happened to Team Empire's core after SI22. I hope that boys will comeback to the tier-1 competition, they deserve it badly

@@ggez8079 after Mexico Major (I think it was the last even Kix casted) they were pretty consistent on LAN, arguably the best EU team at the time. Eventually, they lost to TSM in the grand final of SI'22, which was a good result considering that no one thought that they would go that far and that they won TSM in semis.
But smth went wrong within the team at the event or they had that plan all the way throughout it. I think that 4 of them (Joystick, Sheppard, Dan and Always) wanted to leave Empire because they had an offer by NaVi to sign them, however the war in Ukraine began not that long after that. So, 4 ex-Empire bois were kicked and Scyther found new players (Amision, wTg, exoduss, etc.)
Happily enough, dan, Always and JoyStick were signed by Virtus Pro not that long ago. Even though Joystick was signed as a COACH (yea ridiculous), he will probably replace Rask in the future. Maybe they will even sign ShepparD (I hope so), even though I like p4sh4, so who knows
They showed some promising results during the 3rd stage, but they have finished only 6th or 7th. I'm glad that dan and Always played very good tho. Now their current goal is to win SI'23 quals

I came back to R6S like two days ago after not playing for like 9 months too, and playing casual is soooo EASY men. Ranked is not easy all times but in some games everything is easy so casual is easy but Ranked has a medium level.

I'm just so frustrated that there are rounds where EG just shitted their bed in ways that I think should have been avoided. 2:13:33 is where is all fell apart for EG. Canadian didn’t need to peek white stairs. He just needed to lay low and wait for the time to run out. Instead he got kill hungry and died. He was also the only one with 100 health at the time, leaving his teammates in a bad position. EG lost the round. Empire came up big to clutch the map, and eventually win the next map to win the finals. As an EG fan this hurt badly.
Canadian gave Empire the perfect comeback, not the first time he does some stupid shit on pro league. Literally most unreliable player made EG choke twice once against Penta 2nd time against Empire and actually their was a third as well against TSM not sure. This guy is pure SHITE.
