Oh how amazing it was to take a walk down memory lane! Seems longer than 5 months ago since we were walking down Montezuma there! Missing our table 5! lol

Great Job!!! Thank You... Loved that 75 series Landcruiser truck that was in front of you for a while... ohhh , and the 3 pools were nice too I guess ;-)

Fun to see The Dufrenses in our neck of the woods 😂!! Pozas La Florida are the falls you visited. Nice little gem 💎 Enjoying all your latest videos, as they are definitely reminding us of our time we spend in those areas! Thank you. My family and I stayed at Sea Casa while we visited Samara just over a month ago while we were in CR. We loved it and it was fun to meet you both! Looking forward to seeing your Tortuga Island video! 🐢🌊🏝

Hopefully you'll be able to stay longer next time and I hope Chris finds his passion in photos and video again!

@@TheDufresnes we will definitely stay longer next time! Chris has already said he’s bringing more equipment next visit😆He purposely didn’t bring his professional camera etc., so he couldn’t work if asked 😂. I think because it’s his full time job, unfortunately that happens when perhaps it becomes more of a “job”. It was the first time he didn’t “work” while we were there and I think he really needed the break! But it is in his DNA to create, so he needs to find a better balance perhaps!😉

Those waterfalls are across the road from our houses development. We have a Honda side by side and ATVing in this area is great fun. There are so many backroads we still have to explore! It will have to be next winter, as we are back in Canada for Summer.

Do you own the big property with the we'll kept gate/entrance or did you purchase a piece of land in there? Yes we can't wait to go back and explore more and actually spend longer time at the waterfalls

@@TheDufresnesYes, We own a house behind the " Gate to Nowhere". There is 7 homes built or in construction at this point.

Oh ok, our friend Jamie said it seemed like there was nothing in there but the gate was well maintained and manned

@@TheDufresnes The homes are owned by Canadians and the lots are either Canadian or American Expat owned. Our house has been finished for 5 years and more houses slated to be built next year.

Gotta love the dry season dusty roads! It's not as bad during the rainy season is it?

Some years ago my group flew into Tambor from San Jose and then took a cab to our hotel in Malpais (Bad Country en Espanol). We then moved on to a hotel in Montezuma by cab and toured from there by cab to Cobano. We somehow never went to Santa Teresa and didn't even know it existed. We cabbed back to the Airport at Tambor on our return to San Jose after our week there. The roads back then were roads in name only.... dusty bumpy dirt tracks with potholes the size of city buses. I see they still haven't improved that much in that area. Nothing like the vast improvement I've seen in the roads in most other areas of Costa Rica over these last many years. I was wondering what kind of road conditions exist between Samara and Santa Teresa?

The road between is almost all paved now
