I meant DB 442 not BR 442 apologies in advance 🙃
It's actually BR 442, not DB. DB is the company and BR is Shortened/German for Class.
To be fair to dovetail, with the route they picked, they haven’t copped out of doing stuff. Only one train runs on the line and they’re including the full route
When you say that the passenger simulation isn’t good, that’s something which would be a core update, so would affect all routes. Also there will apparently be an update alongside it.
thats good but who knows if that will be the ultimate version/fix
i agree on the 'rush' that TSW RT DLC (all those abbreviations lol) and also believe that there is sort of no reason to bring more when the existing is not good.

Normally you don't whistle at railway crossings, if you need to there will be a "P" sign. You also just use one of the two horns, but at the moment I can't tell you which one.
You could also try to turn the cab light off, in my opinion the cab looks much nicer afterwards.

It's often on by default in the most recent trains and without it you can get sometimes up to 8 fps more. I'm not kidding

I was an Electronics tech on the SF Muni and spent a lot of time on the tops of Breda cars at the turn of the century. I tested trains at high speeds, what fun. I was hoping the TSW Rapid Transit would include BART. Please do more German routes,

Don't blame the train at 35:47, you were supposed to use the normal brakes (on the right of the HUD beside the reverser) instead of the one you were using as they were something like dynamic brakes I believe and you can't use them to stop "completely".
aww thanks didn't know thought it was like any other modern dynamic brake
At least don't use it on steep gradients, you can use it on flat ground.
Also, I here is the timetable I would imagine is in the upcoming DLC:

I assume it mentioned your colleagues nationality because you, the driver are supposed to be from Austria since the whole route between Garmisch and Innsbruck crosses the German/Austrian border.
"Für Land und Leute" is a bit weird to translate. Word by word it means "For rural areas (or suburbs) and people" So if I'd try to rephrase it so it makes a bit more sense I would say. "Connecting rural areas" or something along those lines
The "regular" Talent 2 is the BR442. Then you have the BR1442 (rapid transit) and the BR2442 (the one you were driving). I believe there is also a BR9442. I have no idea what the difference is between them, but all versions come in 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-car formations. In rapid transit you will only have the 3-car version of the BR1442 I believe has been said. As for the horn, you only use the horn when there is a P-board, and they are only there when they need to be there, so I don't think there would be any on this route :P

I love the pre order thing.. at least you can get the route on sale that way.. And there will be a patch coming with rapid transit to adres bugs.

Right. After what you have stated, I'm not surprised that they are making less of fuss about the on-coming dlc's for TSW. They don't with TS, and now that TSW has been out for a while, there is no need to make such a fuss over every single dlc, or route that they announce. All the same, I'm sure a rapid transit will be amazing in TSW, not to mention a steam loco or a high speed train like the TGV. I agree with you that they should venture out from the usual Britain - Germany - America thing; Australia would look great in this.
