    Greetings Tony, there are many things in the Law of Ihowa, that guides us through our lives, He has given us, the greatest of these, the fruitage of the spirit, (Galatians 5:22; Matthew 7:15-20;). When we are babes we think as babes, we are taught love as a babe, (1Corinthians13:11-13); I have included in my reply to you "man's law" -

    'Common Law matters of jurisdiction and unconstitutionality case law', for you to meditate on, very good food, for thought . "COMMON LAW" just some court decisions, case law, after all they are "COMMON LAW" [7] "AN UNCONSTITUTIONAL LAW IS VOID AND IS AS NO LAW"; "An Offence created by it is no CRIME. A conviction under it is not merely erroneous, but is ILLEGAL AND VOID and cannot be legal cause of imprisonment"; Ex-parte Siebold,

    You who seem to claim you are Mr Smith have not focussed on the clear message that is obvious in this video. As "Lilly" rightly clarified, you have only focussed on some side-step opinion regarding the son? You are one who obviously needs to see something more than once to help ensure you "get it" (the clear facts and message.). you could spend a bit of your time checking out the references provided, because they are disturbing to say the least. Then you can re-write a better comment.

    Tony Smith's "Fictitious comment." Founded on a fiction; having the character of a fiction; pretended; counterfeit.'"Feigned, imaginary, not real, false, not genuine, nonexistent.'
    "Arbitrarily invented and set up, to accomplish an ulterior object."
    [Black's Law Dictionary, 6th ed. Pg. 624]. What is 'FACT' what is 'UNTRUTH'? Libel to publish in print (including pictures), writing or broadcast through radio, television, or film, an untruth about another which will do harm to that person or his/her reputation, by tending to bring the target into ridicule, hatred, scorn or contempt of others. Libel is the written or broadcast form of defamation, distinguish from slander, which is oral defamation. The Ariki'nui O Tuhoe was charged with, 'Trespass notice' (which implied, on behalf of her Majesty the Queen in Right of New Zealand', by the New Zealand Police, at the "Taumarunui District Court the Police, said they made a mistake and all charges were thrown out"!!!! Affidavit of Jurisdiction under "Due Process of Law" Notice of Understanding and Intent and Claim of Right" filed into the Taumarunui District Court, 7/12/2013, under the Native State Government, Dealing with O'Kahukuranui Land issue, Ownership. "Due Process of Law implies the right of the person affected thereby to be present before the tribunal which pronounces judgement upon question of life, liberty, or property, in its most comprehensive sense; to be heard, by testimony or otherwise, and to have the right of controverting, by proof, every material fact which bears on the question of right in the matter involved.If any question of fact or liability be conclusively presumed against him/her, this is not due process of law." Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition, page 500. At that Court House I saw two woman that was with you Tony Smith at Mangatepopo, on the 16 June 2013 sitting in that court room a witness to your LIES .... now who was spreading LIES AND ENTRAPPING PEOPLE.... I AM THINKING SERIOUSLY OF CONFRONTING YOU ON THOSE LIES!!!! I am the Ariki'nui O Tuhoe come from a male bloodline, This issue needs to be sorted out....OR I CAN NOW LEAVE IT UP TO THE WAIRUA "Mana'Wairua, TO SORT IT OUT YOUR CALL......

    I see a problem with the house sale in Manurewa. The Lady who is about to be sold up needs to understand that as long as she keeps answering to her full name and acts in her full name she has liability for the debt. Eg John Doe, JOHN DOE, J Doe, J DOE. Doe or DOE is a franchised name belonging to Her Majesty the Queen in Right of New Zealand. She has no right to use it. But since she does, she remains a trustee of HER OWN govt which she never understood she had. Have a look at Tami Pepperman on youtube and she needs to file this into the high court under the Privacy Act sec 97. Yes Maori can have their own govt, this is in the Maori Community development Act. God bless and here's the doc to file, ps fill in the fields if you wish to file .If you wish you can forward this to her. www.scribd.com/doc/98029077/Executor-Appointment-Doc

    whakapapa mistakes aside, the historical information she has provided regarding the legal constitution of NZ is totally false. Starting from her comment about the annexation of NZ to England, she uses the 1835 Declaration of Independence of NZ as evidence of this occurrence. The first issue is, a declaration of independence does what its title states, and that is, it is a declaration under international law that NZ is an independent nation state. Independence means it is NOT dependent on any other country’s laws or leadership and makes its own legislative decisions by its own hereditary leaders. The 1835 Declaration is founding document of NZ as an Independent county state that’s 100% owned and controlled by the Hereditary Chiefs and heads of Hapū of NZ forever. If it was an annexation document, it would specifically say England has seized or annexed NZ and added it as part of England. So sorry, the old lady’s korero is fundamentally flawed from there onwards. The proliferation of this type of misinformation about māori sovereignty or tino rangatiratanga is very damaging for the modern māori sovereignty struggle because too many people believe she’s correct which constantly divides whanau and hapu politics causing friction and violent acts amongst ourselves rather than all hapu being on the same page with the correct information about the past and a crystal clear united action for the future reclamation of Tino Rangatiratanga firstl declared in 1835 in the Whakaputanga o te Tino Rangatiratanga o NZ 1835.

      Yea because I'm sure our tupuna was independent from the beginning of the founding of these Islands before any written treatise and contracts came with the invaders, and having understanding it will be spiritual not physical because they keep their spiritual identity. So question is are you physical or spiritual because the invaders came in the disguise of a Christian in the name of their God, GOD.

      my post was not about religion or spirituality. it was about your false statement that the 1835 D.O.I. annexed NZ for England. It did not. Don't change the subject with a religious strawman argument. poor form.

      @@AdamRangiaho But my Question is are you a physical or spiritual; spiritual is not religion; religion comes with the foreign settlor; The: He Whakaputanga 1835 Gazette in New South Wales Given by The Grant of England of the CROWN: as into Trading within the NSW Ports and every other port provided they signal the flag according to Admiralty Law; Do you know the law of the sea: Do you know what ensign means because the ensign is the authority; Remembering that New South Wales is on the east waters; the Trans-Tasman sea; By the way, her papa was born before that time and Hapuku linage and Heir was still much alive when she was put in the care of Hapuku; Bloodline; before her papa past away; so Is Kawiti Heir is still much alive to this day she knew them personally; Listen mokopuna if you are directly off those tupunas by blood: and by the way, Maori was not a term those tupunas use if you going back in timeline use the terms according to that time period; her knowledge comes from understanding contract according to the business meetings that hapuku took her to and not everyone was privy to go only selected ones at that time and it was business; interesting thing to no woman was allowed but she was; she observed and listen; so listen mokopuna and analyze;

      Again, don’t go and change the subject…..you said the 1835 D.O.I annexed Aotearoa for England……it did no such thing…it’s a Declaration of Independence of New Zealand with the hereditary Māori chiefs as sovereign,…end of story…… also while I’m at it, do you guys remember going to Waitangi one year and being confronted by a real hereditary chief of New Zealand who took his clothes off? All because your guys EVIL treatment of nga kaumatua o NGA Puhi on their Paepae? I do….it was us who took our clothes off……@@arikinuiotuhoe9387
