Kelly shouldn't talk because she cheated with HER supposed friend's boyfriend. She's also a tramp because during the series, she had slept with Steve, Dylan, Brandon, and a couple of others later on in the show. She's the one that couldn't stay faithful. Once Brenda had a serious boyfriend, a.k.a Dylan, she was only with him. She was committed to him, she was not the whore that Kelly was. Brenda actually knew how to be faithful.
