The newcaster above may tell the truth, and let's say someone like Chris Wallace may tell the truth. But they get a few measly hours of airtime then that gets obliterated by the Laura Ingraham and Sean Hannity, etc, etc prime time shows. Fox plays this sham game so they can talk out of both sides of their mouth. They can drum up a soundbite where they advocated wearing a mask for example, in case that proves to be self serving. Meanwhile that soundbite was buried under the network's cavalcade of bullshit.
There's nothing unusual about Neil Cavuto, or Chris Wallace, or a handful of other Fox hosts criticizing the current administration.

I have several family members working at different hospitals around the Phoenix area! A couple on the covid floors! I haven’t seen it with my own eyes, but I see how tired they are after 12-15 hr back to back shifts!!! Like Dr Akhter said, it looks like a war zone in our hospitals! And some have to send patients to other hospitals because they are busting at the seams!

There is a deep strain of anti-intellectualism here in the US. People-a lot of them, anyway-don’t respect expertise or knowledge. There are also a lot of people who may respect expertise, but don’t research their candidates and are easily snowed by politicians who tell them what they want to hear or appeal to their biases. Many politicians exploit this, or at least benefit from it, as Trump has.
From here in America,to those of us who are sane,it also looks crazy. The ignorance and selfishness is staggering. I'm in my 60s and I've never seen anything like this before. Don't give up on us,many of us are trying to take our country back.

Yep. This is one of the problems we have in our country. We value our freedom and individuality so much, that we won't listen to others. Add in our inherent distrust of the government and too many people won't do what's best for the country. Look at South Korea. The gov. said lock down and wear masks and they did. That won't happen here. Americans are steeped in rugged individualism and fear of the gov. that we won't do what's best for everyone.

The virus will be controlled and contained in the near future the president on the other hand can not or else he would have been removed from office when he was impeached. He has also made and continues to make questionable decisions for policies. The funny thing is Dr. Fauci did go to Africa during the Ebola out brake a few years back and saw patients. I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't been to a hospital to get a first hand look and meet with frontline staff, unlike the Ol'Swampy Don.
