Reece then dropped a Mixtape (TTTM) then Mash left him after that. The 5 year plan was in that mixtape.
We can't say it's 5 years of independence because at that time, Reece had 3 years since leaving ambitious. Meaning it's a "5 year plan" from that day, which I suspect is about Mash leaving.
