Online task management system in php is a useful project who is looking for a Ticketing system in php source code that helps an organization to track the progress of its various projects or task. You can call this an employee task management system in php as well. The system has 2 types of system users which are the Admin and the Regular user or employee. Administrators have access to all information on the database of the system and can manage members of the system. The admin also has provision for tracking and managing the progress of projects under her/his management. The Regular Employees or employee has to submit their performance in every task in the project, which means the employee will be asked to submit their completion date.
How the employee task management system (Ticketing system in php source code) Works ?
In this employee task management system in PHP, only administrators can create users. A new project will be created at first by the administrator or any other user by entering some relevant information. In order to create a project, administrators or users must list all the employees responsible for the project's tasks. Once the project has been created, the users or regular employees have the ability to post their work progress only for the task as assigned to them. The data that only they submitted can also be edited by them. Secondly, as the users or employees update the system regularly, the concerned user or admin can read their task history which shows whether certain tasks have been completed and need to be updated.
