There are water filters that can be installed in the incoming water pipes to help but they do have to be monitored and filter cartridges changed occasionally.

Hey Sai I know you're excited about getting your ceiling put up. But first you should put up the eaves on the outside of your home. Your eaves must have holes in them to allow your house to breathe but not big enough to allow bugs to get in. This way when you put the ceiling up there won't be no little creepy crawlies and critters up there. In the U.S. we call that area the Attic and it has to have air flow to keep the moisture low and to help keep the building cool xxoo

The bathroom looks pretty good still. If the water is coming from a well or something, the white stuff will be calcium. Bleach will not get rid of it. You need something like vinegar or lemon juice (Not as good). If you can get CLR in Thailand, that will work well. You would have seen it in Australia. It does smell a bit though but it works really well. CLR will clean all the white stuff of the pipes and from the shower heads. We get a fair bit of calcium in the water here in Perth. Not as much as you get if you are using groundwater though. I think you may have trouble getting grout or cement to stick to the stones now. You may need to treat the surface with something to make it a bit rough so whatever you use will stick. There will be chemicals you can use. Google will tell you.

Hard Water. Only scale remover will get rid of hard water marks. You also most definitely need a water softener in your plumbing for the shower to not scale up like that. Cheers fam

I use well water at my house too and have the same problem. The way I solved it was to get water treatment equipment to clean the water before it goes into the house.
