Iv'e been trying to find those roland style led button covers for months, but i havent been able to find them, perhaps i dont know what to search. Did you 3d print them or buy them? If you purchased them, from where?
The easiest place to get them is probably adafruit: www.adafruit.com/product/5519. They call them “step switches”. I’ve also purchased them from various Aliexpress sellers, where they’re more generally called “pb86 switch”

Can it run a sample mp3?
It's just a MIDI sequencer, it doesn't make sounds on its own. In this case, it's triggering Ableton Live off-screen.
