Reminds me of how black Americans coordinated and synchronized across communities in the 1960’s to successfully advance their civil rights.
Black Americans now see a reversion in rights because they have neglected to be in synchronization with one another for the cause.

I sometimes wonder, is tap dancing an out growth of Irish dance or did the two develop entirely independently?
Irish Dance is much older than tap and comes from the Celts and the Druids. Tap dance originated in the United States in the early 19th century through a fusion of several ethnic percussive dances, primarily West African sacred and secular step dances (gioube) and Scottish, Irish, and English clog dances, hornpipes, and jigs.
