    It’s hard to find fine yarn that uses
    2.5mm-3:5mm hook and so many color options.
    Can you please tell what brand fine yarns you use and where to get them.

    • @lingzhihandmade
      @lingzhihandmade  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I am mainly using 4ply milk cotton yarn for my flowers in my channel, you can have a search on Aliexpress or Etsy. Sometimes I use 8ply 100% acrylic yarn, I am at Sydney, Australia, they are easy to find in Spotlight.

    Can I ask, what does "64sc in the half side stiched that are far away from you" mean in the pot pattern please?

    • @lingzhihandmade
      @lingzhihandmade  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A single crochet stitch has two half side stitches, one side is facing/near you, the other half side is away from you. Work in the half side that is away from you.

  • @Kittyprincesspie

    Hi, I’m a very big beginner. I just bought supplies yesterday and I’m confused on how you started stitching

    • @Kittyprincesspie

      I can’t see your hands after you make two loops on your finger

    • @lingzhihandmade
      @lingzhihandmade  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I started with a double circle then crochet in the circle, this method is a little bit harder, but the resulted first round will be super tight so won’t loosen. It is hard for beginner. You can start with a normal magic ring, then just work same content as shown in this video. This will be easier. ☺️

  • @mfcinnapple

    i’ve tried to crochet this 6 times with different patterns and i’m using the same yarn and hook but mine are big. how is it 30 sc that does not look like it at all

    • @VinaAurellia-zn7cc
      @VinaAurellia-zn7cc ปีที่แล้ว

      Might be bcz of the gauge, you could try using smaller size hook

  • @estherleong241
    @estherleong241 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hi, Lingzhi, i am a beginner, thank you for your video it helps so much🙏.
    As for the leaf,
    1) we have 31 chains, so 31 bumps, but we need to work thru 29 bumps only : 1 slip slst (thru 2nd bump), 1 sc, 3hdc, 18dc, 3hdc, 2 sc & last (3sc). Or did i miss something somewhere?
    2) i noticed the tail end of the chains disappeared when you worked till the last bump, did you just cut it like that & it's secured?
    Hope you can clear my doubts, thank you.

    • @lingzhihandmade
      @lingzhihandmade  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      For question 1, yes, correct. For question 2, after working the 3sc in one stitch and move to the other side, I hide the tail while crocheting for several stitches and then cut off the tail.
