Just curious, why do you wear a strap while sitting? I'm just a hobbyist who always plays sitting and don't even own a strap. Just wondering if there is a reason I should look into getting one? 🤔
It's mostly out of habit since I'll sometimes go back and forth between standing and sitting when I practice. I play live a lot and pretty much always stand when on stage, so I do try to practice in both positions. I'd say it's always good to have a strap so that you have the option to stand but you don't necessarily need to wear it while sitting.
