Hi Matt, we are due to arrive end of May till beginning of June. We can't wait! What is the current situation over there regarding the water drought? I'm hearing rumours that the pools might not be filled? I really hope they will be. My little girl doesn't stop talking about going swimming/jumping in the pools!
Hi Lee, I'm happy to read that you're coming ing to the Costa Brava in a few weeks. I understand your worries, but most campsites have their pools filled. Castell Montgri is definitely prepared for their opening beginning May. Restrictions are in place and can be different depending on the town you are visiting. You can think of Beach shower not functioning. People are not allowed to water gardens, use drinking water to clean. For more information about the restrictions in L'Estartit, please look at the website of the EMD L'Estartit. In general there's nothing to worry about spending your time here on the Costa.
