Good review Jeff. Yeah this is a really great system and book. It's just complex enough and gives a bit of customisation for your characters. Really want to run it just hopefully I will get the chance to soon.

Nice review, Jeff. I bought the core rules in hardcover awhile ago and I consider it to be the best looking game in my collection. Sadly, I have yet to actually play it. But, as you mentioned, the art is inspirational. That said, I’ll probably take a pass on the Player’s Guide, you know, since I have no players. 🙂

Is the advanced players guide compatable with the 5e version of the game?
It is not. Much of this is found in the Ruins of Symbaroum - Player's Guide.
