@@morewarpstone You guys didn´t even see half of the content of this game. You didn´t reach summer which is the hardest season for noobs. didn´t kill dragonfly or find the pirate island, lunar island, etc.
@@morewarpstone Also it seems you didn't even use your skill tree. that eye tag on the corner means you got a skill point. And the gift tag, you must go to a science machine or alchemy engine and then clic it to get the gift.
DST enjoyer with several hundred hours in game here. You guys did really well! It took the most dangerous area in the game to kill you! Even then, with a bit of preparation I think you would have been ok. Dst has a lot of risk = reward, the ruins (which is the area you died in) gives you suuuuuper good loot if you can manage it. If you want to progress through the game, it is practically mandatory to raid it. I would love to see another go at this, if for no other reason than to see your SUFFER through summer. heh heh. (subscribes to encourage you) If you ever decide to actually try and BEAT the game, I'll save you some trouble right now by telling you to just look it up. Its super convoluted and there is practically no way to figure it out by just playing the game. Its super cool though.
I was the Winona, I hate how I sound through a mic lmao I don’t think I even had my settings right at the time to get my voice through the right mic xD. Anyway this experiment was absolutely a blast to be a part of even through all the chaos. I am so proud of my wall of catapults and my red button of doom near the end and the wall I built there in the last attempt was my castle lmao. Looking forward to some crazy antics with the gang in the future!
“some of you may die and that’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make” great video! I found myself finishing the entire thing. As someone who has 2k hours in the game, this is definitely entertaining!!! Glad i found it randomly
Man this was a great video, had a lot of fun watching as someone who’s been playing for years. I’d love to see your group take on every boss at some point but I can imagine that probably won’t happen based on the tank in morale a lot of players had near the end. But for each try do do you’ll inevitably do better then the last
not starving is actually pretty easy for most even somewhat experienced players, its been a complaint for a long time now from some of the community that its too easy. hence the popularity of mods like uncompromising mode.
"This game is about not starving, a surprisingly difficult task for even the most experienced players." Yeah... no. Experienced players pretty much never die to starvation, let alone have food issues at all. Experienced players or more likely to die by doing risky things like raid bosses. Kind of like what happened to you by the end. Fridges crammed with frog legs and other food, but dying to fun things like fighting bosses.
question, why not just.. revive people using the telltale heart? or did no one discover it while scrolling through the crafting menu? edit: nvm, you figured it out
You should 100% try to do one of these but where you try to beat the game, maybe alter the rules to be like 5 lives per person since it'd be a goal that requires fighting rather than just staying alive, and maybe allow the wiki too just since some of the bosses are near impossible to find without outside explanations. If you ever do something like that though I'd love to be a part of it if you end up looking for members to try it out with
very entertaining from a veterans perspective. fyi: you can grow crops in winter, some like winter more in fact, like potatoes. others just gain more stress. also klaus is indeed a raidboss that only spawns if you use one of the no-eyed deer antlers on his sack to try to open it. so someone clearly did that. the ancient guardian is something that experienced players rush in the first week of a new world solo, sooo yeah this game has a bit of a learning curve for sure. but its also very rewarding. :D
great video team , laughed my ass off . Didn't even know about this game but now I am intrigued . Also very consistent and smooth editing , keep it up !
Wormwood? Wortox? Dont these characters need to be unlocked first? And did i see that Wormwood with a fancy skin? Edit: Klaus is a Winter boss that needs an antler key from the no eyed deer to be used on his sack that then summons him meaning there is A. A pro amongst your ranks and B. A sabotage to put u all in panick mode
@@morewarpstone no problem. There are other stuff that grows in winter if you wanna hear about it. I could also mention the crops that like the cold too
I have over 2k hours in this game and first and second attemps were pain to the ass to watch Also shortkeys exist in this game so you dont have to click anything Never put 2 monster meat in the crockpot unless you are webber or want to gamble with 2 monster meat and 2 eggs for eggs and bacon And ofc never trust a woman in collecting silk 🤗

dude, you can extinguish fires with the watering can (you still have to fill it with water from ponds).

The moral of the story? Don't Starve should be called Don't Fall to Hubris because that's the real threat.

That must have taken a while to edit. I appreciate the little animations in the foreground using in-game sprites.
They should've let that one guy play the robot
And milk him
Hello there yoinker
Yeah, WX-78 is a really good character if you know how to use him.
nah he sucks
Best More Warpstone video to DATE! We love chaos survivor Mak
Best edit of the video 41:39. I am unbias.
I just started to play this game again. it's so fun to see how others overcome this mystical problems u have to conquer on your journey.
21:52 If you plan to continue, don't cook the bluecaps. They heal you at the cost of a bit of sanity.
25:45 Winter lasts 15 days. I know you highlighted it, but I felt it was worth mentioning.
This is indeed a good week when More Warpstone posts

Many of our players bought DST and all its dlc before this event despite never having played before. Good question!
Bro I love the vid don't get me wrong but it takes some good knowledge to get a Giant Pumpkin!!

Next time you need to bring along one coach who has played before and they have to try and keep more noobs alive than last time : P
IDK who this Raven is, but someone must have saved Mak in the edit.
25:37 that is wrong. Crops still grow in winter, some crops even like winter, but they'll grow slower due to the shorter day time
