And it remains a theme throughout the series, of choosing who you want to be now, in the present, rather than fixating on the past or trying to force a future that conforms to your wishes.

The second one is still one of my favourite animated movies. It has a surprisingly dark and mature theme.
It's one of the best that's for sure but each Kung Fu Panda is great in it's own respect.
@@Idontknow-ji2xr Sadly, I must disagree with that on account of "film series" as the final one was... what it was. But then, "giving up the magic" stories are almost always badly written, as they are usually written to try and be a tragedy or mixed feelings ending at the expense of any in-depth logic relating to why they can't just do something else to solve the problem instead of just "sealing the magic away."
Mind you, Hidden World did actually do a fair amount better than the trailers initially suggested (despite them literally giving away most of the ending), but it still felt forced and flawed.

Beautiful rendition of Oogway Accends, man. I'm fresh off the heels of watching the Kung Fu Panda movies 3 days ago and the soundtrack to this trilogy never disappoints. Hans Zimmer and John Powell's music blended together make these movies sound so epic and powerful. Makes me wish they'd work together more often for future DreamWorks films. Or films in general.
This song genuinely calms me down during my panic attacks and reminds me to keep going. I know it will get better. Thank you for this.

I didn't know I needed this until now oh my god
I watched Kung Fu Panda 4 today. The ending part was just so emotional. Seeing every villain like Tai Lung, Shen and Kai felt like Goosebumps. In the end where Tai Lung accepted po as he is. And every villain there are bowed to him and went back to the spirit realm.
The only part had me worried where Lung said: "see you on the other side Dragon Warrior." Feels like in the 5th part of the movie, Po will ascend to the spirit realm (not sure) and his successor, Zhen will continue his destiny
The ending scene is great and emotional as always tbh, but story wise it's just to plain for KFP. Really hope it was way longer, but bruh the movie said otherwise.
Probably the only thing that bothers me most is how uncharismatic the villian is. Dreamworks usually known to make great villian, if you compare chameleon with the other 3 it just doesn't feel the same.
But you right the ending part where Tai Lung Respects Po is great, but I wish they had more time to talks instead of instant meet & goodbye

And the piano part honors represents the funeral and honoring their life that they risked.

what if kung fu panda 4 ended where Po and the Furious 5 left to the spirit world forever, and the panda kids from kung fu panda 3 became the next generation of kung fu, along with Zhen as the new Dragon Warrior. still would have been better than what we got.
