I really enjoy the large animals you show in your videos, Giraffes, Elephants,Hippos , and Rhinos are my faves. You always have them in your shows. Thanks for sharing.
You make very enjoyable videos, but as you keep going from zoo to zoo, the most common antelope seems to be the Yellow-backed Duiker. Duiker being a Dutch Afrikaans name, means diver, as it will diver under a bush to escape. Its name is pronounced DIKER as in BIKER.
Siamang is pronounced see-a-mang, just for reference 😁. Love your videos, been to many zoos around the world but always looking for somewhere new to go
Thank You Andrew, I asked a worker how to properly pronounce Siamang. It seems I was misinformed 😕 It's always nice to hear from people that enjoy my tours.
@@TomsRoadTrippin No problem! Can’t wait to see you here in the northeast. I would definitely be careful as the New England Aquarium tends to get pretty crowded. Hopefully with the new guidelines that won’t be the case.
I was originally planning a trip to the Northeastern states but changed those plans after the pandemic. I am hopeful I can get to some states on the East coast this year. Most likely as far North as Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
I'll be visiting the Bronx Zoo on my 2020 Road Trip. They had elephants but they transferred them to make room for a new expansion. New regulations require more space for elephants, more space then they wanted to use.
Nice scenery.
Yeah the whole zoo is gorgeous
Lovely
Wonderful Reportage! Nice Pictures ! And of cause : nice hat !! Thanx !!
Thank You, I'm glad you enjoyed 😁
Next time you return to Tennessee you should go visit the Nashville Zoo again
Has the zoo added some new areas?
@TomsRoadTrippin not necessarily although they did add some Komodo Dragons Babirusas and Peafowl as well as a remodel of the Giraffe exhibit
Love all the zoos you go to! Can't wait for the next zoo video!
Thank You, I have some planned. Still working on the details.

One of the best zoo's I've been too. Such a great experience, so many fantastic animals there.
Great video Tom- my kids especially loved this one!
Very pleased to know your kids are enjoying my content. Thank You for your support 😊
26:45 hedwig the snowy owl from Harry Potter
Yeah, beautiful birds 😊
Another great zoo with great tour, thank you Tom!
Thank You, good to hear you enjoyed my tour.
Awesome can’t wait for more zoo and aquarium videos
Thank You, I have more to come 😊
Yeah you could try Australia Zoo
@@pennilaineong8180 One day I would love to go to Australia.
I took a field trip there I saw a flamingo parade and also a red panda was crazy it was running in circles
Flamingos are such fun birds to watch, seeing them walking around is even better 😍 Red Panda are so cute and FuZzY
Have always talked about going to the Nashville zoo when traveling thru Nashville. Definitely going to check it out.
Fantastic zoo, I highly recommend it
Have you ever been to the Chattanooga Zoo Memphis Zoo or Zoo Knoxville before
Great zoo happy you toured it
As was I, this was one of the best designed zoos I have been too. Thanks for watching.
Great job!
Thanks David 😀
I love these vids keep it up and stay safe
Thank You Lisa, planning more zoo's once it's safe to go.
Great Video!
Thank You Sandra 😊
Did you know they added a Babirusa as well as free-roaming Peafowl to their collection
Babirusa are certainly interesting looking animals. Their teeth growing through the top of their mouth and towards their head is freaky.
Did you know that before their Andean Bear exhibit it used to be the Eurasian Lynx exhibit
Did they keep the Lynx? I don't see them too often.
@@TomsRoadTrippin I don't think so
Bummer
That was the Carousel
Zoo carousel are really fun

Thanks for the info! I've been told different pronunciation, I'll update the way I say it now
nice video tom. i too dont mind a little pink.lol
Did I say that in reference to flamingos? 😕
Nice tour. Do you plan on visiting any national parks this year?
Not 100% on anything as of yet. If the option comes up I'll see what I can do.

@@TomsRoadTrippin If you go to Pennsylvania then I definitely recommend Philadelphia Zoo
Thank You for the suggestion, I'll Check it out
What zoo or aquarium are you going to next and when will that video be posted for that zoo or aquarium
In the next few weeks I'll be posting new vids.
Did you know their planning to bring their Elephants back
That's good, that means they are upgrading the habitats to accommodate elephant.
Fun fact: one of the ladies bathrooms has some cotton-top tamarins
I heard about that, obviously couldn't 👀 it for myself. The men's room has a large 🐍, don't recall which type.
What zoo or aquarium are you going to after the Nashville zoo
My next vid will be out next Tuesday. The week after that you'll like what you see 😃
Someone told me the entrance is high hill and it very hard to walk for someone who have asthma. Is it true?
I didn't notice any major hills that would make it difficult to walk through. The zoo does have scooters you can rent to make it easier for you.
Wow
This was a fantastic zoo
do a video about the Cincinnati zoo or the Columbus zoo
I plan to, it may not be this year. If I can't fit it in this year, it will definitely be in 2021
When is you National Zoo video?
I won't be going there until my 2020 Road Trip near the end of May.
I’m seven and I went here when I was two and my brothers friend said it sounded like a drum
I hope you enjoyed the video 😊
Have you ever been to the Chattanooga Zoo Memphis Zoo or Zoo Knoxville before
Are the elephants off habitat and replace With rhinos
At the moment the zoo doesn't have elephants. They were all moved to other zoo's until the habitats are updated.
I’m gonna have to make a trip when it’s safe to agian
You'll definitely enjoy this zoo, I know I did
Tom's Road Trippin yes if it’s safe to go this summer I’ll see

Wut bout the Porcupines they were off view as well
After all the walking around I'm usually really tired so I may forget an animal. 😟

What is your favorite animal?
And of course it was the wild animal Carousel
Sounds like you had fun, I hope watching this video made you happy.
Where does all the animals go like when the zoo closes what they do with all the animals??😂
All of the animals have secured night time habitats so they are safe and comfortable.
That’s my local zoo
I had a great time here, very nice zoo
Have you ever been to the Chattanooga Zoo Memphis Zoo or Zoo Knoxville before
Gila monster is pronounced HEE LA monster. Not Jill la. 🤣🤣🤣
I know now, I make sure to pronounce it correctly now 😊
Human zoos and plantations.....
Both are hopefully learning experiences
The aza is overrated.
I have been to accredited zoo's and uncredited zoo's. Usually the aza zoo's have better upkeep of the habitats and overall property.
