Impressive video coverage with trading, technical analysis skills alone are not enough; discipline and emotional maturity are also crucial for success. The saying "time in the market vs. timing the market" is a good mindset to have during market fluctuations. Thanks to Shea Ardolf’s insights, daily trade signals, and my dedication to learning, I've been increasing my daily earnings. Keep it up!

I lost a lot chasing individual stocks and I feel pretty silly for not understanding how investing works. I have a double major in economics but I’ve been trying to make sense of the market. Well done on profits!

Keep it simple, buy things you understand, take some risk but don't try to shoot the lights out. I’m invested in ETFs, equity index funds, and individual stocks and use a CFA. On average, she takes 10% of earnings, but using *Lina Dineikiene's* system makes it much more hands-off. I conservatively follow her recommendations and market entry and exit points, and tbh this makes it fairly simple for me... I am convinced it's not just hard work but smart work :-)

Before anyone says "Who has £500 a month to invest??", well, then do it with £100, or whatever you can afford. You money will still grow, and as you begin to earn more, you can increase the amount. (I always invested all of my annual bonuses from work to give my ISA an extra boost, and got to a £500,000 ISA in 14 years.)

No as I stated I invested into my pension not an ISA. Pensions get tax relief so you get compound growth on your contributions and the tax relief. Pensions obliterate ISAs even after tax, unless your are a HR taxpayer in retirement. If you can afford both Pension and ISA then do it. I’ve focused on my pension based on my own circumstances.

You need to hire a financial advisor to help you diversify your portfolio by including Mutual Funds, Etf's, the 11 GICS groups, inflation-indexed bonds, and stocks of companies with reliable cash flows rather than growth stocks, where prices were based on future prospective earnings.

If you are investing in stocks there is no compounding unless you sell stocks and reinvest. The only compounding you get is from dividends because they pay you money you can then use to invest in more shares which could pay you more money.
However dividends won’t necessarily grow as fast as non dividend paying stocks because dividends are cash that the company could hold on its books to make it appear more valuable or utilise to grow its revenue and push up its share price.
Selling stocks is a bit of a fools errand because you don’t have access to the same info the traders do so you are unlikely to be able to time the market. In addition the access you have to market prices is on a delay.

However, for the sake of completeness, it should be pointed out that £1m in either 21 or 35 years will not be worth the same as it is today, as its value will be substantially eroded by inflation. What would the figures look like taking inflation into account?

It's worth realising that the £ and $ are devaluing by approx 14% per year. So a millionaire in 10 years, won't actually be the same amount. £1m in 10 years will approx be worth half the amount in terms of buying power, i.e. £500k. You need to make more than 14% per year, otherwise you're just treading water and not actually making progress!
