Just one piece of advise , delhi mumbai expressway is passing through mewat . Before alwar whole area is Muslim dominated. Think twice before you deal with mewati .

Farm not a good option 1-Area is surrounded by industry and warehouses 2-very polluted area 3-ground water very low and not suitable for suitable for farm, scarcity of water in most of the area.Land is made out of reach for needy people by property dealers and agents.which.creats false demands.For healthy living u need pollution free environment, Availablity of sufficient water for drinking and irrigation for Farm house and other facilities for family like hospital , education and marketing facilities at.reachable distance.. ... .
