Yess it’s never too late to try again and any base you have helps! I really enjoyed learning it I think the hardest part is just the verbs and conjugating. Good luck!
Quick note: What is the time in Spanish is: Que hora es?. The way you structured the sentence in Spanish is dramatically correct but it means What is time? as in asking what does time mean. :D Your Spanish is great by the way
