Please kindly explain or share a link for different dc compressor capacity, like how many litres freezer for bd25, bd35, bd50, BD250GH, BD350GH and so on. Appreciate your feedback.
Great videos - very helpful - I was able to understand and fix problems - also in addition to your Great Staff that answered my questions with telephone calls to your office- Thank You!!!
i have one Waeco truck fridge 12/24, works very well, but in my car at 12v works for 3-4 hours(no running engine) until the voltage drops around 10-10.5v and then stops, and that is nice,it leaves some juice for the starter.
I’m at a loss as to why my unit will not cool ..compressor and fan runs ..no error codes ..should I jump the C and T terminals to bypass the thermostat controller?
Useful for background, thanks. My chum's BD50 has a leak in one of the Quik Connect tubes, the one with the filter, so we need to replace that. How are these tubes attached to the compressor proper? Is it welded, soldered or mechanical? Thanks for any help you can provide.
Service port, not connected to high pressure or low pressure lines. If a system had a port on low pressure you would use that. Low pressure return and service port are essentially the same, led into the pump housing.
I have an Isotherm ASU/SP Fridge/ freezer. It appears that the Red Controller SEGoooo8DA attached to the 01N0210 has failed. If I jumper the Thermistor points the Compressor runs . However no temp. control. Do you have any units that will plug into my exciting 01N0210. to allow me to control temp and probably Comp Speed. Temp sensor for ease of installation would prefer resistor style. Easier to pull through a soft wire.
Yes, we do. We have mechanical t/stats and digital. We also have manual speed boards and "Smart Speed Controller" - Merlin II. You can use any combo of these on the 101N0210 module.
If your compressor is a Danfoss BD35/50 12v compressor; it is meant to run on 12/24v. This same compressor, with an AC/DC controller will also accept 110v and convert to 12v. These AC/DC controllers can accept 230/110v and 12/24v incoming power. BUT If your compressor is NOT a Danfoss BD35/50 compressor then I can't answer your questions without knowing what type of compressor you have.
Isotherm installation instructions say this compressor must be mounted vertically, feet down and that it can work up to 30 degrees of heel. They don't say if the long side should be mounted fore to aft or side to side. Does it matter?
Not that I am aware of by instructions. The suction muffler intake inside is on the service port side. More relevant to mount in a serviceable and functional way. If your likely to sail past angle turn your breaker off or there are gravity angle switches.
CoastalClimate cheers, it’s a shame others don’t have your level of workmanship. It’s the first time I’ve seen one.. although yes I should have know better.. would otherwise be followed by a capillary tube. And I have cut the top off a DB35 and the pressure side is the lower half.. thanks for the feed back!!
Is there a recommended way to unplug the fridge from the controller or the battery from the controller? I need to clean around the compressor, but for safety, I want to make sure there is no power to the compressor or to the fridge before working around it.
Colm. The 101N220 controller is a DC only controller, so I presume you are saying that the compressor works when you have 240v power to the boat, but not when you have only 12v (or 24v). If that is the case, then you probably have a low voltage issue. Check out the video on power supply testing. Good luck!
a 5 minute job. If you know exactly the fault, and have all the new parts bought in beforehand, its a 5 minute job . Do you charge the customer 5 minutes for the job ?

Thank you Peter, much appreciate the feedback, glad we could be of service.

Sorry sir can you tell me which gas can be used instead of R290 in Friday

I would like to know the capacity freon I have to put in this compressor.
Hello good day, my SC21CL with code 2322 was damaged. Is it okay to replace SC21CL with code 2329 or SC21CLX (2329) perhaps?
Which port is the recharge port? The one with the r134a tag?
Service port, not connected to high pressure or low pressure lines. If a system had a port on low pressure you would use that. Low pressure return and service port are essentially the same, led into the pump housing.

If you have a controller set for 110v can you replace it with a 12v controller for van life?

How much liters is the capacity of this compressor please?
How many watts is the compressor
Can this run on solar panel in the bed of a truck to provide ac to a small pickup truck? For better gas mileage?
This is a refrigeration-sized compressor, about 500 btu. Way too small for air conditioning applications.

Can i run a second fan by piggybacking off the original?
@merdel9663 the unit should still perform if a secondary fan is attached to the "F" terminal. As long as both fans are less that 1 amp total.
Are you sure the top two ports are suction.....I’ve never seen a filter dryer on a suction port.
Yes Andrew, it is a suction line scavenger filter/drier. The top two ports are both suction ports.

¿En control electrónico no es un convertidor o transformador de 12 DC a 110 AC?
Secop 101N0510. However very hard to find these days with their supply issues.

When you disconnect the power cord, there is no power.
Supposed to be externally fused, breaker switch on your boat should be labeled or get labeled that supplies it.
Hi, could you tell me please on what voltage is the electronic controller is more is more efficient 12v or 24v, thanks
It's not about efficiency, it's about what your boat or car is set up as: 12v or 24v supply.
Ye comparessor kitne litar Tak chalega
hola que tal en ecuador lo vende en que lugar gracias
thank you so much
You're welcome!
Thanks for that. I have a BD35F Condenser and a 101N0220 Controller. The fridge works on 240 V but not on 12 V. Any idea why not? Thank you.

Lol. Very short overview, I was looking forward to more technical detail around its use in setting up fridge, freezer.
