There was a post on the fortnite bug reporting forun over on the official discord where someone explained on how to teproduce an exploit that is where you change some of the fortnite code with the fist's distance and thats how you can multiply the distance by 10x or 50x
Its basically like cheats but ones that alter the items instead of forcing you/the character to do something like aimbot

Epic games should pay people to exploit the game so they can fix it. About 25-50 dollars for every bug discovered.
Since most bugs are really small things and don’t take a whole lot of effort to find and report, I think about $50 is fair. For bigger and more game breaking bugs, they could measure how much it’s worth and give out maybe thousands of dollars worth depending on how broken it is. Also, I know there is a fucking job for this just calm down.

Now that you say this, these tournaments are super good for detecting the newest ways of cheating before bigger tournaments like FNCS start.

Someone mentioned up top in the comments that there was a post in the actual fortnite bug report discord channel about how you can reproduce an exploit that is where you change the fortnite code with the distance of the nitro fists, allowing the distance to multiply by 10 to 50x more apparently
Did you not watch the video? 🤦♂️ exploiting is bannable, especially in tournaments. Especially when you have a history of getting your account banned for exploiting.

I have played Fortnite pretty much every day since C1S1 but haven't won a game in over a year. If Epic places weak candidates and those with serious disabilities into lobbies with others who are massively more skilled than they are then it has effectively banned the,m. Epic is choosing who does and who does not win. Sure bots are great but f they bounce faster than players can aim it means squat. unfair as this is, the flip side means that if Epic is preventing players from ever winning then it follows that it is effectively choosing who does win. A dub for being able to shoot fish in a barrel means squat.
I dont support cheating, but if you dont want people to abuse bugs, FIX THEM

This is why the fist need to be vaulted every time epic puts in these type of items some one always cheats wuth tgem if tvey do it in tournament s then they will do it in ranked and casual mode also like happened with the hammers and blade
To be fair they can do this with pretty much anything, like you saw they even altered the chest loot, what makes you think they wont like give themselves invincible stats.

If the bug was an accident then that's one thing, but this one was clearly intentional. Had it been an accident, then alright, they could probably get their money, but if it's intentional they shouldn't be rewarded. I feel like the money should go to the second place team who probably would have won if these guys didn't abuse a glitch.

It’s very clearly stated in Epic’s terms of service and tournament rules that it’s a bannable offense to abuse a bug in any match. This is especially endorced in tournaments since they involve money being given to winning players.

istg tiktok comments are so brainless, like when they see a video showing someone who's in the wrong, they say stuff like "___biting the curb" or "___live execution" or other violent stuff like that, like ffs grow up, beside it's not funny anymore (unless they make it wholesome, like "___biting the curb (it's made out of chocolate) for example, those are good, i like those).
Another thing I don't like about tik tok comments are the emojis they use, or just 1 in this case, that being 😭 OH MY GOD IT FEELS LIKE ALMOST EVERY COMMENT SECTION USES 😭 AS A LAUGHING EMOJI LIKE FOR CHRIST'S SAKE USE SOMETHING ELSE, HELL, I WOULDN'T MIND 💀 AT THIS POINT WITH HOW MUCH 😭 IS USED.
Doesn't help that the only reactions to something funny is "HELP" or "NOT THE____" followed up by this 😭 (also quick tangent, "____ ahh _____" comments can be funny, but they can also be a bit boring, though they are a bit more entertaining when compared to the other types of comments).

He never cheated, he manipulated a logical loophole in Epics code, which is on Epic not the player. It’s disgraceful that he didn’t get the 500, unless it specifically states in the contract that you can’t use logic exploits (at which point half the player base should be banned)

It sounds like that thing with the gloves is actually in the game but is very not well known about. If they could do it doesn't that make... not cheating and to their knowledge, not a bug? Skunds like Epic should have coughed up the money or held another tournament when they actually patched the bug or awarded number 2 the money.

Dont know if this is somewhat the same was playing some ranked duos and ran into reckless railway and there was a solid trail of atleast over 70 different stacks of 6 minis in a line from the ruined marble castle thing to the first house door on the left
