I think the first half was also considered "Winter 2021" and it debuted in December 2020. Regardless, at the earliest it'll be December 2021, but I think someone has said it's confirmed for January 2022.

Release date for Final Season: Part 2 is Winter 2022, which consists of the months January to March in Japan. It's the equivalent of Quarter 1 over here in the US.
They are pulling off a deathly hollows and a Mockingjay and a Breaking Dawn
All that has been said officially about the release of season 4 part 2 is "winter 2022". Could mean as early as January next year or as late as December. The issue is that since winter crosses New Year, it makes two very different release windows possible.

A smart guy like Jean did not study Marley previous wars? Allowing Marleyan POW to works somewhere so important also doesn't make sense.
They obviously knew zeke could change people into titans but it's clearly classified information on how he does it. Even the marleyan soldier didn't know. They just had to believe zeke since they didn't know any1 else that saw how it works.
