Sehr geile Video Jürgen, hab mir jetzt alle drei angeschaut von Getriebe Ausbau, Kupplung austauschen & SImmerringwechsel.
Bin gerade an einem 944er dran und bin so froh, dass du das so toll beschreibst, denn gemacht hab ich so ein Kupplungswechsel noch nicht.
Die hintere Schraube der Klemmhülse hat mir bis jetzt viel kummer zubereitet, da sie ums verrecken nicht aufgehen wollte.
Die habe ich dann mithilfe einer kleinen luftflex in der mitte durchgeschnitten, die kopfseite ging easy raus, doch die seite mit dem gewinde hat es mir böse besorgt.
hab sie aber letzendlich rausdrehen können, mithilfe eines schlitzes den ich mir an schraubenende geflext hab und mit dem schraubenziehen durch die andere Seite rausdrehen konnte.
Morgen geht es weiter.
Nochmals vielen Dank, hab nach 15 Jahre Mechaniker dasein, was dazu gelernt.

Hallo Vinny, danke für den netten Kommentar. Das Problem mit der Klemmhülse hatten wir im Frühjahr auch am Fahrzeug eines Freundes. Es war Hölle, wir haben einen ganzen Tag daran gearbeitet. Viele Grüße, Jürgen

What did you use to press the bearing in before you made the cherry tree mandrel?

+Bryan Lepore Hi Bryan, I used a fitting socket of the ratchet set. The bearing is steel, thus less critical. You must take only care that the socket press on the outer ring of the bearing. Greetings, Jürgen
Des Simmerring bekommt man ganz einfach mit Hilfe einer oder zweier Schrauben raus, einfach die Schraube mit einem Akkuschrauber ein paar Millimeter einbohren, dann kann man mit einer Zange ganz easy den Ring rauszieren.
+Officer Xerman Hallo, kann man probieren, aber der Simmerring saß so fest, dass sich selbst das Werkzeug für die Simmerringe verbogen hat. Überlege mal, welchen Hebel das Werkzeug darstellt, soviel hält das Blechschräubchen auch nicht und mit irgendwas muss man auch an der Schraube ziehen. Viele Grüße, Jürgen
+irina25661 ja ich wollte es nur los werden, da ich damals kein extra Werkzeug dafür hatte, und es so prima funktioniert hatte. Wobei ich meinen Neuen auch gut geölt mit der Hand und n bisschen gefummel gut einsetzten konnte. Toleranzen halt :-)

Hey.
I chenged All the clutch set, pilot bearing and the rear main sealing. But unfortunatelly the leak starts now when everything IS running fine.is it possible that even if IT was nicely lined up that somehow it fails to seal.
My second question.Ia there a chance I can stop the leak with some additive or no chance.

Hi, it's possible that the spring in the radial sealing jumped off during mounting. This happened to me once on a balance shaft. In that case you'll loose a lot of oil. Do you have only some drops or is the oil really flowing out? I guess you mean the sensor in the clutch bellhousing. You can just pull it out. But be very careful, you may also kill it. Then you must pull the sleeve. Here you may use a long bolt with a larger washer to pull it. Greetings, Jürgen
@@irina25661 no its just few pol stopa every te i park the car to the garage.But new oil IS definitely needed.There IS really old oil from previous owner.I just drowe few trips with it.I hope it will stay just with these few drops and getá better when the oil IS changed.
About the sensor i asked maybe 2 months ago to another video and the advice with sleeve and hook saved the day 💪💪
