Coach Beamer needs to tap into the mind of a genius, Dawn Staley. She had a brand new team, new starters, new approach and they over the competition on the way to a historic NCAA Championship and a record 36-0. They key was LOVE, Love of team, Love of teammate & love of Self. That is what the football team has to have and badly needs. The talent is there now execute.
He's not able to recruit ELITE talent like Coach Staley, or Kirby Smart. This guy is outta his league. He should be coaching Newberry, or PC instead. He's just not an SEC caliber type of Head coach.
