The builder, who had been evading arrest, was apprehended by the Pune police’s crime branch in Sambhajinagar. He was taken into custody after a case was registered against him on May 20.

If the car is registered on the name of the parent or friend, its legal procedure to book them and the person riding/driving the bike/vehicle. If its a juvenile, and hes behaving like an adult to intimidate the law, the person should be tried as an adult.
