RS 457 didn’t launched in India when I bought this it got launched after 2 months . Point no 1) I want Naked bike. 2) There’s no comparison between those two different segments, different power. 3) Z650 is more expensive 4) I like naked riding posture. 5) test ride both and decide what you want.
