    We ordered an Xpeng G9 in the Netherlands. Compared to BMW, Audi and Mercedes it's a total no-brainer. Equivalent luxury at 40% lower price. Faster 0-100 than even the sports models, faster charging. Only drawback is no HUD.
    Delivery hopefully in October. Can't wait!

      HUD is useful for driver watching always accurately on the road, I invented it and offered it to BMW Group on February 4th, 1994 with lot of other technologies, for the autonomous driving levels 0 to 4, as the G9 will be level 5 till 2025, Xpeng prefered, for design reasons, to spare this opening for the projector and this unnecessary fee... You will be in family, and you have a dedicated screen inside the vehicle where all interesting things are... If you look outside, it will not be 2.3 meters front if the hood, but the landscape, far away... You will practice eye yoga and will send a great time, without any stress... Many drivers do not like the Head-Up Display because they did not learn to drive with it, and think it is unnecessary...It was just a transitional technology between Automaticity level 1 and 4...

    G9 can actually sustain that curve as shown in a recent test in Norway where it also exceeded WLTP range with around 10%. It charged over 300 kw almost all the way from 5-80%, making it the world’s fastest charging ev.

    Just to add, XNGP will drop HD maps by this year, when it will also be usable in 40 Chinese cities (currently 4 make cities). It is one of only 2 ADAS systems (the other being Huawei's NCA) that are useable in the chaotic Chinese city traffic.

    Thanks for the video. just to correct one point that is crucial to their existence is that they have enough cash to keep burning for the next 2-3 years. It is US$4.97 billion as of March 2023. That being said, the G6 is a make it or break it for XPENG. I t has to sell!

    I've owned a Tesla MS since 2019, and looking around at other EVs... Xpeng just doesn't compare well, except for pricing.
    I live in the US, but I would look at NIO if when they come to the United States market.

    If Xpeng can't sell their vehicles without incentives in China, we shouldn't expect them to sell abroad.

    XPeng's problem is mostly due to demand. The market positioning of its products is unclear. It has really cheap products (G3i, P5), but also really expensive ones (G9), even though the G9 provides incredible value for its price. They cannot get a lock on their target market. A supplier problem with their P7i isn't helping either. Another issue is with their Chinese name, which is cringey in Chinese. This may sound trivial to foreign audience, but it's highly concerning to the brand-conscious Chinese buyers. Many will not even consider their cars for this reason alone.
    But sentiments are changing with the G6, if the buzz on Chinese social media is to be believed. The amount of tech that comes with the car at a highly affordable price makes the G6 too good to ignore. Watch for their July and August sales numbers.

    Xpeng name is a huge problem because in china we don’t buy into some guy’s name unless you buy a Peking duck…. The same reason Wey is doing poorly.

    This is totally wrong, Xpeng is not at all in danger, they have SEPA2.0 vehicle basis which allows lower costs for newer vehicles, they work on X2 and other flying car, this is the most advanced research company for future mobility. They can produce more abd more as they have robots... EJFJ Corporation PSC, your Public Services Company of Ergonomics Consulting, is requesting them to improve their painting (3 years warranty) and add many more personalisations alternative colors, as we proposer to BMW Group who did not accomplished the 9th Series and could not realize the EJFJ Autonomous Driving system. EJFJ Positives Contextualisation requires identification of each object by few well arranged microchips allowing to understand which object is where and what can be done usefully in such a situation...If men are identified by their clothes, they can be respected better and not made responsible for what they did uncorectly. Only the best (=== strict necessary benefitable to all alive beings) is legal but as all are different, and évolutive much more useful things should be proposed but far less unuseful ones... Tesla, Bio, BYD (except Yangwang which has) do not have agreement from EJFJ Corporation PSC and from Staff COM Laboratories PSC. The main problem for vehicle availability is that there are thouthends of distributors, even importers, and renters, but not your Public Services Company named Staff COM Mobility PSC which should warranty immediate exchange allowing to do a trip with different cars... Mail Direct International PSC robots processing all objects transfers and preparing for human beings for them to enjoy their life and sparing any risk or problem... But the mafias (mostly the main of them, the SFM:id2004 who invented since at least year 523 all others mafias, those who do nefast traffics) blocked these 17 Public Services Companies but encouraged partial parodies, and wastes and risks in order to be sure administrative fake police and fake justice can continue managing problems without having any solution to solve any of them... Without Bill !T (Bill !nternational Technologies PSC, your Public Services Company which should warranty the Just Payment, immediate and at no fee with accurate amount adaptations during 20 years, by including all unsparable risks to make them paid by those who did not encountered them, so that money pays and serves only useful things, warrantying effective prevention and allowing to prevent any partial damage) risks are assumed by owners, abd users are not all correctly protected. We need to proceed with arrestations of all manipulated persons who were not protected doing such stupid and wasteful criminal acts... Selling a document which can be misused is a crime against humanity. Recognition needs to be global, immediate, not based on documents, but based on clothes worn or physical specificities, warrantying global respect of any part of the whole Universe reality... A lot of explanations should be requested, especially to jurists who know partial laws which are never correctly respected nor applied... Only the best is legal, so only better than the best you want should be possible, for each of us, no wasting, no pollution, no wastefully systemic aberration should exist and moreover not subsist ... The driving licence costs a lot to each State and did not spare any problem, in contrary... Partial Controls are illicit, and they cost, while with EJFJ Positives Contextualisation and EJFJ Positives Communication, any sort of wasting/problem and moreover damage should be spared... Partial Controls are criminal activities, since March 15th, 1996, under the responsability of ex-States which have had to be liquidated since March 15th, 2006 when the responsability should have been transfered to human beings who should not corrupt defficient States who maintained risks and managed them partially, wastefully, riskily, while it was the necessity for all to spare them and any of their néfaste effects... Young children have been killed on the road or by consuming drugs, because of uncontectualized use of not humano-normed objects which should since March 15th 1996 all be identified by specific Bill !T hypo-magnetic micro-chip, sparing use of wasteful stickers with barcodes or QR codes or printed descriptions which are not positively contextualized! Not always in the correct language with accurate terms to define in this specific situation what should be taken in account by the user. And a text need to be read, while EJF Positive Contextualisation allows speakers to receive by a computer voice informations to explain what is important now... Till a drama dud not happen it is sparable. So the price of 0.0264 $ for a Bill !T hypomagnetic microchip identifying clearly the object and making it detectable by microwave scanners or detectors allows to take it in account, up to 200 meters away if the detector is connected to electricity as it is in vehicles and in computers or smartphones... This spares any sort of little accidents and allows to spare billions each year on huge accidents or on any well organized wasting, such as war...
