Oh No! Ugly Tomatoes...

Sometimes tomatoes look awful grown in home gardens. We are so used to seeing perfect fruit that we are shocked to see ugly fruit in our garden. we think, what did I do wrong? Absolutely Nothing in most cases. Commercial companies still use these fruits too, but the Ugly Tomatoes end up in sauces, ketchup and canned goods. Don't chuck that fruit, it is still useful.

It made the best BLT, you just cut away the bad parts, the rest is just fine to eat.
