Probably because a lot of this generation (20 somethings) were either too young to remember it or not yet born, when Crystal Waters originally released this back in 1994.
I was born in a country where this music was never released or streamed publicly and I was also born 3 years after its release so yeah...I'm glad I diqcovered it woth Denali
