My issue solved.
Harddrive issue i was facing.
I opened laptop back cover and removed and out put harddrive again.
And settings in video applied.
Now working fine.

Sir mere main product name bios system service tag aata hai phir epsa aata hai phir hardware scan complete non-issue no bootable devices found possible causes could be corrupt of image or a boot device is not enabled in bios setup . A rha hai main kya karu
