Hi- I'd like to better understand Dynamic Lot Based on Equity instead of the preset risk selections.
Q: How well does the following map or do you have other suggested lot sizes?
Dynamic Lot Based on Equity Risk (lots per 10000)
High Risk: 0.24
SigRisk: 0.16
MidRisk: 0.08
LowRisk: 0.04

thankyou for your work on this lisa! - high risk is the best to me with over 50k profit. granted drawdown percentage is worser but profit is better. as long as you dont blow the account. if your account can handle the drawdown why not?

This is a high drawdown ea, and not suitable for short term time limit prop firms
this blows my mind... i trade but this is a high level stuff. ive just kep it simple for years which works ....BUT THIS

Since the AI set cannot be tested, it is actually waka-waka EA testing.
The best Profit/Drawdown ratio is Test no. 9 (Max Symbols at a Time 10)
1) Did you use Low-Risk set for testing Test no. 9?
2) Since the default setting has only 6 pairs, which pairs did you add to expand them to 10 symbols?
I add my interest to this question.
Trading frequency=10 means for often it trades, not the list of currencies. Those are default

I mean the Maximal Symbols at a Time=10 option, what you use in your Test no. 9.
Maximal Symbols at a Time=10 means for me to activate more than the 6 default pairs.

Hi Lisa, have you had any issues with MT5on running the Perceptrader AI? I'm running it on the MT4 and MT5. It seems more stable on MT4 while it keeps giving License error on the MT5. Any ideas?

Hi Lisa. I ran the Default Input as per your settings with Low Risk on AUDCAD M5. Your backtest shows a profit of $5155 while my backtest has a profit of under $2000. The number of Bars are the same as yours but I show about 300 Trades versus your 1192 Trades. Do you have any suggestions that could point me in the right direct? I love your videos and will be following you closely.
Depends on if you're using STANDARD or UNIQUE mode. UNIQUE mode will always show different results. And different brokers will also have different results

Yea sounds about right, assuming you're not scalping. It gives a rough indication of what live trading may look like, but of course it cant compare to slippage, and unexpected stuff that happens in live situations

Hi. When testing why do you use high figures such as a 10k start balance. Surely most people would not have that kind of money to start with so why not something lower and more realistic to the average user?
This video is to showcase the different settings, and their impact, not to show the overall profability of the EA. Valery's website already has backtesting results.

Hi Lisa, IC broker market is offering only 1:30 leverage for AU customers, may I ask how did you manage to get such a higer levarage? I really want to have 1:500, but Iac market gave me only 1:30 for Raw spread account.

For your American viewers, is there settings for fifo compliance?
I believe Valery has already catered for U.S. people. As long as you don't turn on hedging, it should work fine. Test it and see, as I'm not 100% sure
Americans also have access to offshore brokers. If you don’t want to deal with compliance reporting ( just normal IRS reports ) don’t let the account go higher than 10k. This means don’t deposit that much or let profit go that high.

I prefer to show that based on 0.01 lot size. e.g. for 0.01 lot size, the profit is $50, and the drawdown is $20. Percentage vary depending on if you're trading 0.01 lot size on a 5k or 20k account.

Interesting. Seems though that a profit versus loss as a percentage is also valuable to look at within the time constraint. Would you, in two years, rather make 50,000 losing 8,000 or 5000 losing 800? For someone young with time, the answer may be more obvious. To someone older with less time, the answer may be more obvious. The answer is the drawdown is 16 percent for both, so the correct answer is 50,000 losing 8,000.

All the testing is based on default settings, except what ive shown in the screen. Usually it's one field only.

Like for example Rsi emvelope EA together in with RSI Emvelope mode can be very effective with efficiency how much we put, risking to make profit. It's just probably only how much can EA could be super good with entry's in markets

"800 more trades"? .. the difference shown is only 30. 800 and it would be a completely different strategy.
The overall profit to drawdown ratio is very similar.
All this theoretical backtesting is nice but ultimately this is a trading system that will blow up peoples accounts (no stop) and lose many people lots of money. For the price I would rather just burn a big pile of cash and keep warm 😂

You could also withdraw profits as they come. First goal recovery of system cost. Second goal recovery of initial deposit. Most high quality systems allow both to happen. What happens after that is sort of random.
