Well it varies as this was a compilation of multiple dives over a week. Max depth was 130'. Average depth runs along the reef @ 60-70'. Walls drop off extremely deep, and Cozumel always produces a pretty stiff current.
Kevin spacey I’m assuming your asking about the sharks...I’d get some experience under your belt first. It’s stiff current, limited visibility and we were at 80 feet.
i got my open water cert in Cozumel, i got it done in 3 days. my first dive as a certified diver was a night dive. you'll be fine! i'm sure you've done plenty of diving in the year since you left this comment anyway!
@@adriannavarro2536 I got certified last year. Did 8 dives in Phillipines, Did 5 dives for my advanced in Dominican. Have not done any current dives. Looks like pandemic is going prevent any dives this year. Just doing some practice in small lakes locally.
Nice shots! Ray shots were particularly cool. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for the great Can anybody identify 4:08, 4:19, 6:02. That eagle ray footage was incredible!

That was quite a current you were in there.
I am getting my PADI later this year , however my open water dives will be in a lake. Just curious is this safe for a newbie diver
