  • Varso Place is located in Warsaw in Poland. The complex consists of three buildings: the tallest building in the European Union, Varso Tower, 310 m high, and two side skyscrapers, 90 and 81 m high.
During the construction works, Project Management provided investor supervision in all fields. The supervision of our inspectors was executed directly over individual contractors of works, in the construction, electrical, teletechnical and sanitary specialties.
The complex consists of offices, a hotel, an innovation center and a shopping and service arcade, among others, restaurants, fitness club and medical center.
The core of the Varso Tower skyscraper is a 53-storey reinforced concrete structure, at the top of which there is a public observation deck. The 80-meter spire towers over the reinforced concrete structure (in which a special elevator moves to the observation deck).

Witam.

The "Varso Tower" could be built anywhere. Moscow, Hong Kong, Austin, Dubai, Shenzhen. Who cares. Nothing says "Warsaw" about it. Totally bland, uninspiring and exchangeable design. Next, please. 🥱
