That was great until the whole machine seized in the rinse cycle - just stopped. Can’t exit the cycle (tried multiple times) but lights keep flashing and none of the buttons work. The drip tray is there to catch the droplets after brewing. Usually there is very little after you brew coffee with a capsule. However if you just brew hot water through it with no capsule, the water that drips through is more. So it goes without saying that when you are doing descaling with no capsule and full tank of water, the drip tray will fill up fast. It is expected.

Had the same problem. You have to close the slider first. Was not said in the video, though.
