Why Mileage Decrease of Your Bike?

We bikers are mostly tensed about our motorcycle mileage. Many of us face sudden mileage decrease. We all try hard to increase our motorcycle mileage. But mileage depends on the riders and their riding pattern mostly. Besides this there are some basic reasons why mileage decreases of a motorcycle. Just few days back I suddenly noticed that my pulsar 150 mileage is dropped to 35 later I found that the air filter is gone and Tyre pressure is low. Another example that one of my known guy saying that his Yamaha Fzs v2 mileage dropped to below 40, while another was getting 50 around mileage from his fzs v2 fi.
Actually there are some motorcycles in Bangladesh like Apache RTR 4V, Apache RTR 2V, Pulsar 150 that provides poor mileage while some bikes like Suzuki Gixxer, Gixxer SF 150 have issues like some bikers get good mileage, some gets poor mileage. Actually mileage matters on maintenance.
