Hi Pk, we are building our portfolio in rural W.A, although the growth may be a little slower the risk management means we can sleep at night and the rental market is prime for affordable housing. Would love to hear your opinion on this?

I want to ask how does one maintain their liquidity in rentvesting? Isnt it that when the equity increases and you take it out, the increase in equity would also be added to your mortgage so then now, you have higher mortgage and then you still have your own rent as well.
I think you also need enough cash to be safe correct?

I think it is either to take out equity, or save for next deposit. I think later is better, just preference.

Would've liked to hear more about his SMSF purchase and how he went about it. Maybe in the next video?

Hey PK all the people you invite they all invest in Queensland or westren Australia can you share some stories of people in Sydney and where in sydney or NSW we can buy positive geared properties. I feel all properties and areas are negatively geared and we get stuck with 1or 2 propties

We haven’t invested in Sydney since 2021 for exactly that reason.
There’s one or two areas we are buying in regional nsw right now, but not that much.

Not sure if you would be able to reply to my comment, just wondering why there are lots of apartments for sale in Melbourne CBD When there is very high rental yield in Melbourne? Would you consider to invest in Melbourne CBD at the moment? Is it too hard to sale the property in Melbourne as there are plenty of the properties on sale, some time in the same building.?
