Congratulations! It’s awesome when board game channels continue to grow. I’m still blown away that board game channels are profitable enough to have a studio and full time employment. This is so good for the hobby!
Neither of us are full time in content yet! But that is the dream haha!! We also love seeing this hobby grow and the people in it!

The box is a small network rack cabinet box usually used for switches and routers, looks like the previous tenants had a network setup.

This is so exciting! Extremely happy for you guys (and the FTM family of course). One suggestion, not sure the rules in Canada, but in the U.S., we cannot cover up our electrical panels and there even has to be a certain amount of clearance around the panels in case fire or service need to access it. I just would t want you to put all your library on that wall for you to have to remove it again!
Yes there will not be a shelf in front of that!!
This was my concern too for your safety and convenience if a breaker trips! Glad you won’t be putting that shelf in front of it.

Congrats guys. What an amazing space. So excited to see all the rooms finished, especially to see what you chose for paint colour. I like that huge hallway which will look amazing lined with books. Seeing the 3 of you on the couch with Jeff playing "handies" with Juno made me smile ear to ear. Almost as much as seeing you both wearing your WDW spirit jerseys while you worked. I absolutely ❤️ that you both love the 2 things i ❤.....board games and disney!

The space is much bigger than I thought it was going to be. Very nice!! I hate packing up and unpacking for places - it's almost overwhelming. (If you ever figure out what that box by the ceiling in the hallway is for, I'd love to know!) And I feel your pain about those stupid wheels. I've put together all of our chairs in my house and that is hands down the worst part.
Someone commented what it was! The wheels are brutal haha

It’s kind of a couple of criteria
1) do we need to film it (preview games etc)
2) will our game group play it?

What brand is the couch? You should preserve the space in the offices / studios and use the long hallway for the game storage. It is probably underutilized space otherwise.

WOW, for some reason I thought you were building a new studio, not purchasing a space and renovating it. That's a nice big space. You're going to have to make some fancy door to put over your game shelves so you can still access those electrical panels.
We were originally planning on building but we got some WILD quotes and got ghosted by a bunch of companies and put on waitlists so we decided to rent a space instead and were really glad we did!

It’s about 15 mins!
Big fan of the channel. First time commenter. Please never post pictures of keys. Despite what people think, locks are quite simple. A single picture of a key tells everyone exactly how the tumbler on your lock works. I used to pick locks as one of my hobbies...for most standard locks the mystery is how high up to push each pin. A key illustrates that.
I wish you the best. My only question is - How can you live without board games in your house. I hope your new studio is close and not an hour away! 😅

We have left our most played games at home and a lot of our “gateway” game for when others visit, party games too! Luckily we have enough games we can always grab something else if we need to! Ha

I hope you don’t paint it dark ur first one back in ur old house had light walls and it seemed so much more cheerful whereas the dark walls didn’t. Either way I’ll still watch but just thought you should know! 😊
They are for sure painted dark! Haha it’s just what we like, everything on our house is very dark 🤣 the sitting set is a bit more of a brighter green though!
