⚽ A double victory for our children! 🏆🥈
Out of 15 competing teams, students supported by United Way Bengaluru clinched both 1st and 2nd prizes in the Under-13 Football Tournament held at Mathamangalam School, Wayanad. This incredible milestone is a testament to the unwavering dedication, teamwork, and passion for the game demonstrated by these young athletes, coupled with a year of committed coaching efforts.
Through our partnership with Herbalife, under the #RuralRising initiative, we have been supporting sports development for children alongside initiatives in livelihoods, education, health, and the environment.
Together, we’ve provided coaching support and sports kits to 50 students across two schools, ensuring they have access to top-notch facilities like playing ground and opportunities to thrive in sports. This program is more than just physical fitness-it’s about shaping a winning mindset. By fostering discipline, teamwork, and resilience, we empower young talents to excel not only in academics but in sports as well.
